It is concerning that there seems to be a lack of accountability for errors made by staff members, which ultimately impacts the customer experience. I would appreciate a more proactive approach to addressing issues rather than a default response of "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do." Feedback on improving communication and problem-solving strategies would be beneficial. Thank you.”
