I am amazed regarding some of the reviews. We have 3 Jeeps. Lance is great as a salesman. Service has been quick and easy. Nicest people!Clean, service waiting area. Never had an issue with our Jeeps or service.

I took my truck there for a few oil changes. The customer service was never great, but I tolerated it because I live close by. The last time I was there sitting alone in the waiting room I overheard the service department employees talking bad about different customers as they left the building. I knew at that moment I'd never go back. So now I take my truck to Jacksonville for service where I bought it. It's further to drive, but the customer service is worth it.

We had our car serviced oil changed/ all filters changed , and tires rotated when we got home from dealership pressure on tires came up and has to go put air in tire that's when we saw the nail in tire this should have been checked

Unfortunately, it seems like they are ill-equipped to handle service calls. I called the service department several times and it just goes right to voicemail. And when I talked to the front desk, he said sorry there's nothing I can do for you. I'll patch you through to the service department but the service department won't pick up.

We had a blown tire traveling on 95. Davis had a tire at a good price and availability. The price they quoted was the price at the end. The only issue was that it took 2 hours to replace the tire.

i am 70 years old and take care of my 90 year old mother we purchased mutiple vehicles from davis along with referring others to purchase simply for them to have my vehicle for 3.5 weeks with nothing complete. they want to blame the warranty provider however they do not call back their customers. i have called don every day leaving messages sometimes to not even get a returned call. do not purchase a car from here and definitely do not take your vehicle here for service.

Called multiple times to order a part each time I called, they took my personal information and VIN. But no part ever materialized. They never returned my voicemails. Im not talking about days.in which you might sympathize over staffing or personal issues. Im talking about a span of several months, from November to January, in which I have made multiple attempts to order a part. Im not sure what theyre doing with all the personal information I provided to them over the phone, but I can tell you this.it wasnt to execute the business for which they were engaged. Its either an elaborate scam or a really poorly managed business. Either way, Im extremely annoyed with the time Ive invested dealing with this sham of a company and I hope everyone reading this simply moves on.

Stu was amazing, they had a buy 3 get one free deal. He went over all the options and dialed in exactly what I needed. The tires got there fast and he kept me informed the second they arrived and helped me set up my installation. Amazing teamService: Tires
