Both bathrooms out of service is highly inconvenient.... While waiting in line I've seen 4 people trying to use the bathroom and cant. Get it fixed.

This is my go to for gasoline. At a 15 cent per gallon discount BP Is miles ahead of other gas stations which sometimes offer only 10 cents per gallon discount. This location has the usual compliment of snacks soda's etc.

The bathrooms in this place are disgusting. Pic is what the women’s bathroom sink looked like. I don’t think anyone cleans these bathrooms at all. Definitely wouldn’t purchase anything there or step foot in that bathroom ever again. There was no soap or toilet paper in this bathroom. Just napkins from their food area sitting by the toilet.

I called to place and order for a pizza and the older man that answered twice and hung up on me both times after I asked if I could place an order! So I asked him why he hung up on me not once but twice when I tried to give them money and he said "well I busy with customers" Me " oh okay so you couldn't just put the phone down and get back to me ? You hang up instead? " well phone is died and me not have any time for it" and then I said business management classes in college I have completed, this is not the proper way to handle a customer. He threw his hands towards me and told me to get out of his store! I not my family will be back, if you can't do your job you shouldn't be there!!!! Do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!

I'm very upset. I pulled up to get diesel grabbed the green handle and filled up. Yall really need to reconsider changing the color of the handles to be like every other gas station in the world.

Almost everyone walks in with no mask and nothing is said, even though there's a masking rule in Nassau and there's a sign on the door. Obviously it's meaningless.

Want to let the owner know just how stringently the employees follow policy. Was refueling close to midnight on 12/27. Wife went into store to use the restroom. Employee advised closing at midnight. Figured I would have to go elsewhere to use restroom. Was correct, I did. I also had to finish fueling elsewhere because the idiot shut off the pump. Cost the BP owner about $30 dollars in fuel sales as well as knowing never to stop there again.
