Just left this post office. I had a poshmark order and I was traveling. I did not have my label printed and I couldn't remember right away how to pull up the QR code to scan. She was SO RUDE. Told me I was supposed to be at UPS or I kept saying UPS or something. I asked her please don't make me pay for this order to be shipped again as it was already paid for by purchaser. I sell clothes and the economy is already tight as it is. I was almost in tears. I have never had someone be so rude like that. I ship in Tallahassee all the time and they are great she told me to "go back to Tallahassee then". I am so glad I have my tracking info but I am terrified she just threw it away or something. I came over her from Tally to go to a Neurosurgeon too. Wanted to ship this package timely. Like who says this stuff to people???

Mixed race Lady has the worse Customer Service I've ever seen. She is Rude it almost seems she takes it personal. I get hesitant when I need her services. She seems unhappy and needs to retire!!

This lady and I'm being nice but she doesn't do here job! I took off work twice and she lied and put animal interference in to their system. Never showed up! Blonde drives dark red older SUV! Go with ups or FedEx if you want your package!

Mixed emotions on this location, usually the lady at the front desk is accommodating and cordial. My wife arrived just before closing time, and they were closed already. I actually arrived one time just after closing, and the guy inside saw me but didn't acknowledge me. I understand that, but when we arrive before closing time and you don't allow us to do business, I draw the line.

I was greeted by the PostMaster as I came in. The atmosphere was happy. Conversations were happening. Questions were being answered. Plus it was clean.

The post master in the location have made it so difficult for the ALL the residence and businesses to get their packages.Everyone should engage with the post master general and complain about this location.

This is a nice post office. I went in and they took care of me quickly. There is plenty of parking in the front and on the side. It is very clean. There are mailboxes that you can rent inside.

I came in to have a duplicate key made for my mailbox with my sister. I thought that got squared away, but then suddenly I find out they changed the locks on my mailbox without my consent. I go up to find out why, and the African-American lady that works there said that's what I asked for and tried to charge me 25$ for it, which I refused to pay because that's not what I asked for.
I didn't ask for a change in my locks. I asked for a DUPLICATE KEY to be made because only two keys existed prior and I needed one for myself. The lady wanted to argue with me and tried to make me pay for their mistake. I continued to refuse. When I asked for a manager or HR number, she refused and ordered me to go to Walmart for a mailbox key (Newsflash: Walmart doesn't make mailbox keys) before, finally, throwing me a set of keys for my new locks and basically telling me to leave - which I promptly did.
This place is worse than Lynn Haven's USPS Office.

Barbara "barb" was the most rude and unprofessional employee that I have experienced. It's apparent she hates her job. She was sarcastic. Made faces and comments under her breath. Made me get out of line 3 times. Criticized my mothers boxing of the package after I explained she has cancer and did the best she could and I was just trying to help her mail it off because we had a death in the family. Manhandled the box containing a flower arrangement. The coworker did try to apologize for her and make it better. But she has no business working with the public.

This place is horrible. I have had my carrier mess up my packages, refuse to deliver heavy items, and bend envelopes that expressly say not to. I complained to the local manager at the location. She basically told me,"too bad". I would never use this post office if I didn't have to.
