This annual event features food vendors, crafts and fine arts vendor, library used book sales, and more. Yankeetown is still original "Old Florida" which is becoming rarer and rarer sadly. The parking and administration are free. Portable potties are conviently located throughout the event area, so no worries there. Natural shade is abundant from trees along the event area. Historic and quaint fishcamp cottages are abundant. As you drive along the 2 Lane road to the event, you will see lots of vendors set up mini flea markets along the roads. I always check those out on my way exiting the event, and always score bargains, particularly at the Masonic Lodge!

Very little seafood and very expressive if there is. For being so close to the gulf of Mexico and being called ( and Sea food) I expected a wide variety of local Sea food dishes. Not impressed.

Expensive, no place to sit & eat, some unique & interesting wares for sale. Lions Club sold corn brooms that are made by the blind for a donation.
