The prices are vague and made up per person. My friend and I both got the same service and were told two different things. Also, if these workers have been in the business they should at least be able to communicate with the appropriate vocabulary by now. Their lack of English speaking skills seems fake as well. It is unprofessional to be unable to communicate prices and services with the community.
Requested style: My requested style was listed in the menu for $63 and I paid over $100.

First time here because closer to where I live but very sloppy job and lady was in hurry sides of nails was sloppy lady told me at end because she knew I was not happy to wash my hands a couple times at home and it will be ok very disappointed will not be returning to the place came Wednesday . Lady beside me had lotion on arms after her nails was done. Pay to much to have my nails done to be disappointed some of my nails also looks like I need a fill. I told the lady they were sloppy and she put a top coat on but did not make any difference was very disappointed because I thought good this is closer to my home but I will drive back to the other place. ?

If you like to have Piazza Michelangelo to enjoy without people go when it rains. It was wonderful experience to view panorama of Florence in spring , view the clods and rain as it pass through the city.

Me and my little girl went to get our nails done here a week ago. They still look amazing and they all went above and beyond to make my little girl so happy with the design she wanted! I highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here for three years since I moved to the area. The staff is always so welcoming and nice to me. They always remember my name too which is so nice. Lily has been doing my pedicures for years and she does such a wonderful job every time. It’s my favorite place in the area.

Wanted to get basic color and polish done, I was told that it wouldn't look good on me, and that they will not do it because they think it would not look good. The woman who helped me proceeded to argue and display a disgusting attitude that would rival those from the 7 layers. I was battered at her station when she smacked my hand away from the table. Do not go here!

Ok my picture doesn’t do them justice. Winter springs nails is the best! I love all the women (and men) in there. Lilly, Amy, may, I’m forgetting some names but honestly all the nails techs are great, been going here for about 2 yrs consistently. Thank you for being in downtown winter springs! I feel so lucky to live near a place that does such good nails

Buyer Beware. Within 5 days my Gel Manicure had 5 chipped nails. Bad chipped. I went in exactly a week after my service to have them fixed.They charged me $20. We all know gel manicures last 2 weeks min. The technician rushed and made me feel so uncomfortable because I wanted them fixed, I now have an unmatching manicure and pedicure(no gel) that took 2 trips and ended up costing $125. I had been there plenty of times before and the manicure always lasted. This time, it did not. I never go back unless it’s a real problem.They do not guarantee their work and definitely not concerned about customer retention.

I was very excited to make an appointment for my 14 year old daughter for her birthday weekend. I asked for a basic full acrylic set in one color. I asked how much and was told $33. When the tech began to work on her nails I noticed she was dipping the nails, and yes they were coming out Lovely. Because my daughter asked for the color white the tech automatically did dip instead of polish. She said it was $43 when I asked how much that would be. Then she spoke to someone else and said $53 because of the shape. My daughter and I asked for square nails and she took it upon herself to do a slight coffin and up charge for that as well. I am dissatisfied with the communication in extending services and adding charges. Btw, my daughter showed her the picture below so I don’t know why they did coffin style…
