“Honestly after working with Regions and Wanda I'm questioning why I've worked with other banks and credit unions over the years. Wanda is a gem and they would be doing well by themselves to keep her. I also think she is reflective of a positive workplace culture which definitely is evident in customer experiences. “Transferred my account to TRUSTCO many in 2013 and have not regrets. I love this Branch. I feel welcomed warmly by Presca and Carmen, as well as the tellers, feel a sense of family. Always received very friendly and professional services. I've seen the same service given to other customers in the bank as well as those entering the bank too. I also experienced the same courtesy in the Poughkeepsie, NY Branch. I've had Bank Accounts in other Commercial Banks and believe me, I've never had a personalized experience such as this. I've personally recommended this bank to family & friends. And I never done that before.”

“Today I was in panic stage. I had 30 minutes to get to my branch to pay a credit card bill.I was frantic to make transaction before bank closed.
