I was moving from out of state and had a limited time to find an apartment. Krysanne was so patient and helpful. She clearly communicated every step of the way and move in was no issue.

From the start this place was a mess. We were told we would receive a renovated apartment and signed all the paperwork assuming we will. We get there to move in and it is not renovated at all. They said they could move us into a renovated apartment for $200 more a month. I was not going to move into the apartment they signed us, the patio look dry rotted and unsafe.
We lived her for 1.5 years and always some type of construction or something being fixed. The nail in the coffin was they would start construction outside my apartment Monday- Friday 7am-7pm. We work overnight. We immediately called and asked if we could move to another apartment and they said would be $500+ transfer fee plus an increase in rent. We decided to just buy a house and move out. Apparently the security deposit we put down too wasn’t even a security deposit, so we had to pay even more when we left. This place is a mess, does not return calls, does not tell you proper information and does not care about you. Do not rent here.

The maintenence tech did fix the dishwasher soap door but the door keeps opening at the wrong time so the dishwasher is essentially not washing my dishes.

Nice complex, reliable maintenance, decent location, but... The noise. Central Florida gets worse every day for noise pollution, and being directly next to a commercial district doesn't help. Trucks reversing all morning and afternoon, dump trailers hitting speed bumps, landscaping being done for hours on end virtually every weekday by the neighboring businesses. Mostly out of control of the complex except for one minor and one major issue... The minor issue being that their golf carts emit a high pitched screech when put in reverse, sounds like a forklift in a construction site. The major issue is that there are oak trees directly outside of the bedrooms and porches. Trees that Florida Mockingbirds and Southern Carolina Wrens love to inhabit. And these birds start at about 3 in the morning and go until the afternoon. I cannot overstate how loud and non-musical they are. The Carolina Wren can get up to 90 DECIBELS, or the volume of an average car alarm. If you sleep lightly or can't tolerate loud, repetitive shrieking bird calls when you need to be asleep at 4 am, this was your warning.

If you work overnights or sleep like a log then it's a pretty nice place. Office was very professional and did what they could, and it was a pleasantly responsive mechanic team.
