They sold me a battery for puds but it's not operational due to its size. I asked for a refund or exchange, they refunded. The person was condescending and insulting. The transaction was for $20. They lost by $150 a month business though.

I needed some screens, stainless steel to be specific. They had exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price. Staff was very helpful and polite I will definitely go back again and can recommend wholeheartedly for you to try this establishment yourself!

Manager is very rude and nasty, always has an attitude they should check that, store used to be cool now the guy is always miserable and their dispensable pods are always old and expired. Go somewhere else

Hispanic kid manager with light skin just sold 2 vapes to my kids who are minors, very against the law he should be fired for selling to minors. The guy claims to be the manager he’s skinny and has a light skin. Always plays with a yo-yo in store. Will be considering taking legal action

They don't carry a big selection and are a bit pricier than other nearby places. Owner seems nice, but some of the employees could benefit from training. They are not at all knowledgeable in their field, and when the owner isn't there, some become less than friendly. The location is convenient, but when you combine the current lack of selection, higher prices, and unprofessional service, it just isn't worth shopping there.

This place scammed my friend. They literally have a sign saying that you can exchange electronic vape products within a 3 day window. My friend didn't even leave the parking lot and realized what they sold her was broken. They replaced it for another broken one, she tried it there and the guy was rude to her and refused to return it. She will be fighting the charge with her bank and also we are telling everyone how scummy you are.

Bought a disposable vape, when the battery ran out a day later with most of the content left in the vape, I was told there was nothing they could do saying it wasn’t their fault for selling a defective product. I’ve been going there for a year, however, the only time I have an issue this is how they respond. I’d go somewhere else.
