Despite numerous calls to Robert Cole’s office to request to cancel a homeowners policy because my grandparents passed away/we sold their home Robert continued to send bills for homeowners coverage. He continues to send letters to the deceased requesting payment. I’ll be filing a complaint with the Florida Division of Consumer Services.

My family and I have worked with Rob for many years and couldn't say enough good things about not only Rob but his entire team. They're always there to answer questions and it is obvious that they have your best interests at the core of any answer. While Allstate may be a huge insurance company, it's agencies like these that make it feel as though you're their only customer with the excellent level of service that no call center could ever provide!

Whenever there is a change that requires our policy to be updated, he and his staff are quick to respond both via email or phone. Rob Cole At Allstate is simply amazing. Always, I mean ALWAYS gets back with you the very same day, regardless if you contact him by mail, text or Phone call. He is very patient, explaining in details everything that you ask about and suggesting what is best for you, in terms of coverage. I am his Client for many years now and have no intensions to switch to other company or an agent. Even thou we never met In person, I do feel like we know each other. Rob Cole is an insurance agent you can rely on. I've been with Allstate for a few years and each time I need something Rob Cole and his team provide excellent service. Rob took the time to explain coverages to me recently when I purchased a new truck. Rob and his team have always been responsive to phone calls and emails. It's a real pleasure being a customer.
