I bought Pickleball paddles at the play it again sports store on Tuscawilla and Redbug and they broke after a week and when I went back to the store, they wouldn’t replace it, and I was told to return it to the company on my own. They could’ve easily told me to just pick a paddle out for replacement and I would be willing to pay the difference, if there was a difference , not good customer service at all !!There’s nothing worse than a local business that takes your money when you buy something and than does nothing to help you if the product breaks or is defective! I won’t be shopping there ever again !!

Went in because I heard they had just bought some disc golf discs. Once I arrived I looked around the store because someone else was looking through the disc and I seen they had a large selection of turf shoes. After I did that, I went over to the disc and looked through and found one of MY disc! I told the store associate that I had found one of MY disc I had lost in the pile. He went ahead and only charged me their cost to get it back, which was only $3. I've paid more for a bounty through the local disc golf store. Guys where really nice about it, I didn't even need the police!

They keep selling disc golf discs that has other peoples name and number on them. Normally when it has the name and number on it, its to be able to return the dusc back to its original owner in the disc golf community. Ive found 3 of my favorite MARKED discs there.

This store any many other Play it again Sports in the area keep buying STOLEN disc golf discs that are coming out the water on our courses. Their is a lost and found for this and to buy something of mine with my phone number on it and not even attempt to get them back to the owners is stealing. Nor does the store care that they're being involved in this. Next time my disc is in your store and I didn't sell it (which I didn't) I'll be coming back with the cops.

Bad service, not honest. I was told that I can come back anytime to get my store credit when I came back they told me that it had expired.. not good business not customer friendly. Stay away

Amazing deals. I've never been here before but would definitely come back! They have a return policy, and if let's say your child outgrows the gear, you can bring it back and use the credit to up the size. Old gear you can also bring back and they'll buy it from you. I do recommend if you don't wanna buy new gear for something your child is starting to get into.
