Terrible customer service the front office never picks up their phones you have to call 2 or 3 times for them to pick up and sometimes they just put you on hold and hang up and when you call back they don’t pick up. The neighborhood is getting worse and worse cops constantly in the complex and it always smells like weed and a bunch of the units have roaches overall just not worth it.

Unfortunately I had to take my 5 Star review away from when I moved in which it’s been a year now. For a year now I have been dealing with constant AC issues. They put a “bandaid” on it. It works for a little bit, then it goes back to the normal putting in work orders. I think I’m up to 8 work orders JUST on the AC. Fast forward to June, I started to put on my work orders to come after 4p since I have minor children in the home, that way an adult can be there. Well guess what happened apparently maintenance DOES NOT pay attention and Kyle with maintenance ENTERED my home with minors present. I finally get a hold of someone in the office, Fernanda the assistant manager she LIED to me and stated that when he realized minors were in the home he left. I was like that’s a lie my girls specifically said he looked at the unit inside, went outside and then came back in and changed the filter and it states the work order is completed. If he stating he left why does it say completed. I also let her know this is WHY I put it on my work order to come until after 4, I got this round about story they can’t set a time they need access at any time. I was like not happening with my kids in the home and I’m not sitting around for days waiting for maintenance. Oh and let’s not forget to mention this same assistant manager puts a notice on my door for a inspection at noon Monday. Never SHOWED UP and this is was after my conversation with her. UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL. At this point I don’t trust her and will NOT be dealing with her. After that incident that SAME maintenance man has been knocking on my door at 9a with my current work orders in place. WHY? When my work orders specifically say after 4p and it’s listed in my profile! I have been waiting on a dishwasher for a month now, since mine leaks all over the kitchen floor. This past Friday Kyle “completed” a work order on my AC but never entered my unit. My girls told me he messed with the unit outside. Sunday my unit is 85 degrees, so therefore NOT COMPLETED Thankfully on call brings a portable unit, that’s only good for room to room. Yesterday I go to the office and speak to Brandi and NOW something is getting done, with my multiple work orders open….. seal on my door (2 work orders), Dishwasher (been waiting a month) and AC (ongoing issue since I moved in). I feel like this ALL could have been avoided months ago when work orders were being put in. Could have been avoided and me paying $400 a month in electricity for a messed up unit RIDICULOUS. Have paid almost $4,000 for a year of electricity. I should not have to be going to a property manager because her staff is not handling their own jobs to get something done. I pay almost $1,800 a month to live here and it’s NOT worth it, I’m NOT even in a updated townhome!! Can’t even have a working AC unit or appliances replaced in a timely manner. And when things are taken care of ITS RUSHED, maintenance coming in saying oh we leave at 5 this is all I’m here for….. BUT THAN SIT IN THE OFFICE UNTIL 6PM. Let’s not talk about the mold that I’m continually breathing in!! THAT THEY HAVE BEEN MADE AWARE OF SINCE I MOVED IN 7/15/2023. That is an air mold test….. and guess what they don’t care as long as they get their money! Crazy how I find out just last month the previous tenants moved out for mold issues. Corporate does not call back or answer emails that have been made and sent. SMH Put the new handler ON TOP of MOLD! But as a single Mom what are you supposed to do, pay rent and keep quiet….. NO SOLUTION, JUST “BANDAIDS” put on things to get their money……ALSO crazy how they will respond to the GOOD reviews but ignore the bad ones or give a generalized response. Trust and believe I am NOT the only tenant with these issues. I can guarantee you if it was one of their apartments they would be acting the same way!!!

I am disappointed, I tried numerous times to call the office, left voice mails and even emails to no response whatsoever! They charge everyone pest control yet this place feels horrendous. I told maintenance I don't even feel safe to cook in my own kitchen and I keep the home extra clean to avoid roaches. 8 mos in, 2 pest control visits later to my home to only have a worse problem with roaches.
I say they should mandate pest control in the complex.
We even went out and had to purchase additional pest control items but what good is it if the neighbors don't get pest control?!
I don't even feel comfortable in my own home.

This is the WORST apt complex ever … they slip little fees then says that’s the system just kicked it in and there communication is off the maintenance ppl close orders that are never done if they even come they take forever to fix sum this apt complex is horrible will not recommend to nobody at all still have mildew under the sink it’s been over 6 months I keep coming up to the office addressing the same situation

ROACHES, UNITS ARE NOT UPDATED, dirty, maintenance never comes, overpriced. No one ever stays, literally moving trucks every month. Anyone that writes a good review must be paid or fake, or office staff. There were also car break ins the office didn’t bother to send out an email about or a letter, I had to ask the police parked in the neighborhood every night. My lease ends September and I’m OUT OF THERE.

Moving can be exhausting and I am very happy with the staff at The Avenues for there patience, positive energy, and excitement to help. I started with Andrea and was assisted finally by Ana and Carmen. All these ladies were very knowledgeable and great with helping me and each other. Despite a not so user friendly verification system they worked efficiently to get us “Home” ❤️. I am looking forward to my move in date and feel welcomed and supported thanks to the staff.

If you have a choice between staying here or being homeless, I'd seriously consider being homeless. It was a nightmare living here, I'm sure not many places are any better, but they truly suck.

If I could place negative stars that would be the best rating of my experience in this condominium, poor service, no one responds for anything, the administration changes all the time and ignores everything that the previous administration did in my case, even the money I pay is not registered and well Since I don't have a receipt, there's no one to answer. They stole my security deposit and they want to charge me until the cleaning is done when the apartment leaves it clean. They never repaired my walls or ceilings, but if they want to charge me for a poorly installed apartment by themselves, THEY DO NOT. I RECOMMEND IT IS EASY FOR THEM TO NOT KNOW WHAT THE PREVIOUS ADMINISTRATION LEFT AND NOW IT'S ONE'S TURN TO RUN WITH THE DISASTER THEY HAVE THEY HAVE NO USE ONLY TO DO HARM and act crazy

Nothing has change in so many year, multiple admins, different name, but same issues... like here in the reviews, they will comment in the 5 stars, but otherwise they ignore it completly.

They like to cut the water off to an entire apartment and then leave it off for multiple hours with no work being done
