Just moved to Winter Springs and took our standard poodle in for a grooming. Heather did an amazing job, was patient and worked through his anxiety. Friendly staff, very impressed, highly recommend!!

I was referred to Pacino's by a friend. I am extremely happy with the whole experience. The three ladies that greeted us were so sweet. Heather did an amazing job on Presley Elvis. Thank you! ??

I cannot recommend this place enough! Amazing service and staff, so sweet with my dog who HATES baths. Somehow they've convinced her to love it. So grateful for sherry!

Just such a wonderful and easy experience! They took great care of my Lab, trimmed her nails and gave her a bath, plus I got some amazing pics of her :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND

A huge no for me. Owner doesn't care about the people that give her business. Her staff are extremely rude. I don't recommend.

My wife went today and asked to speak to the groomer as she wanted to upgrade some items and only request that her face wasn’t cut too short. The groomer came out with a bad attitude from the start. She told her she has to cut her short and if she wanted to go and brush our dog and come back and then maybe she could do it. My wife was in shock because she was never treated like that at Pacino’s. My wife came home the dog was not really Matted but my wife brushed her really well. I then took the dog back and the cashier tried to help but the groomer refused to take the dog even though we were still early before the appointment time. My dog always came here and I never had any issues until now. Sadly, we won’t be back and that’s sad bc we were a customer for almost 5 years. I hope they find better employees. Kindness goes a long way.

Went there today and the employee was very unfriendly. I tried engaging in nice conversation and she was not interested at all. Not even a smile or thank you for a compliment I paid the shop. I don't think I'll be returning. I was disappointed though because I had heard really great things about the store. I believe she was concerned with my daughter looking through the frozen foods because she stared at her the entire time. It was very uncomfortable.

I’ve been coming to Pacinos for almost 5 months or more now.. they have always been super friendly and courteous. However wasn’t happy with groomer until today finally my dog looks exactly what i wanted her to look and we are super happy ☺️ thank you Heather you have magic hands.

Took my puppy to Pacinos today for the first time for a full groom and it turned out great! Good pricing and friendly staff. Will be returning in the future.

Poor customer service and prejudiced.I’ve been bringing my one year old female maltease to Pacino’s to be groomed by Linda who always was professional and did a wonderful job with my puppy. Lately my dog got injured and had eye surgery, so I was not able to bring Lilly for grooming so I had to cancel the appointment. When the Dr gave a permission to go a head for full grooming, unfortunately Linda was over booked for 2 months a head. I had to re schedule Lilly with other groomer. When I dropped off Lilly the groomer and I agreed for a summer cut, the groomer told me it was going to be short.When I went to pick up Lilly, I found out that she was been shaved and you can see her pink skin.I swallowed my anger and I went home , and called the store.I was been told that the owner will call me back. Unfortunately she didn’t call me back instead was the associate/receptionist called me back with a very rude attitude telling me not to bring my dog back as I’m creating a conflict and been canceling on them. She also told me that the groomer used comb number 5 which is far away from shavings. She also said that they will refund my money back and again not to bring my dog back. She asked my in a very rude voice if I wanted my money back , I said no and I will find another grooming place.Talking about that they said strive for customer satisfaction which is not true.

This is my favorite place for my fur babies. The owner and the staff are always friendly and patient with my 2 dogs when they come for grooming ? ? ?? I highly recommend this location for their spa services or to shop some goodies ???

This was my dogs first time getting a full groom here. I told the lady what I didn't want (even showed her a picture). I pickup my dog and she's completely shaved. She's a yorkie....I am so upset and my dog doesn't look very happy or acting like herself.
