Machine does all the external work. Customer does wipe down, vacuuming, etc. While somewhat satisfying, I didn't plan to do this type of physical labor today. I'll find a mobile detailer for future cleaning

As an original customer with a contract, who really loved this place, I’m disappointed in the recent renovations. The removal of the pressurized air hoses was a big mistake, especially for disabled people who could use them for drying hard to reach places, especially dirty door-jams, rims and rails. The towels are now all mixed up so it’s hard to tell new from used. Please, put the air back.

The place use to be a 5, never clean towels, vacuums don’t work well, down graded the sponges at the bug wash. Tunnel staff is always on the phone not paying attention (this is dangerous)

This is the only place to go....budget friendly and has all the amenities to get your vehicle looking the way you want it. The staff could not be nicer.

This place has gone down hill. The vacuum picks up hardly anything. The compressed air hoses have vanished. I will not be returning. Waste of $

This place is great! My car is always cleaned well through the automatic wash. And I love that they provide rags and spray to do the interior detailing.
The price is definitely right!

I have come here many times. At first everything worked very well. The vacuum cleaners always worked very well. The compressed air always worked well. But the last 5 times I have come, the vacuum cleaners and the compressed air do not work well. Even though I have parked in different spots, none of them work correctly. I always buy the most expensive service. On the last few visits, I have had to finish cleaning the outside of my car myself because there are many dirty spaces that I think the machine is not covering. Also, the tires are always stained.
