I had the pleasure of dealing with Julie and Teresa at Jean Arthur Associates for home owners insurance. They are the nicest people who truly work hard to get you the best insurance at the best rate. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for insurance coverage. They are very personable, helpful, and friendly! They keep in close contact with you every step of the way. My thanks again to them for all their help! I look forward to dealing with them in the near future for other insurance needs.

I've worked with Jean Arthur Associates for 19years and they are an outstanding family run, local business doing business in this area. They are very knowledgeable about requirements in the state of Florida and helpful in making quality choices. Teresa helped us this time and could not have asked for better customer service, really over the top. I'd recommend this company to anyone. Really appreciate their work!

Teresa and Julie were great to work with. I got my first response within 10 minutes of submitting my inquiry, they set clear expectations on timing, got us the best coverage/rate out of 6 other insurance companies, and had the entire process complete in less than 4 business days. I would definitely work with them again, in the future.

I reached out to several insurance agencies to get a new homeowners insurance quote and either the agencies were unresponsive or unhelpful altogether. Unlike my experience at Jean Arthur Associates where Teresa was thoughtful, helpful, and proactive in helping me to secure my new quote not only quickly, but with the insurer I originally requested. I appreciate her knowledge and the teams expertise altogether. She took the time to answer my questions until I was completely satisfied with my choice. I would highly recommend this agency and I plan on using them for other insurance needs in the near future. Honestly, it was a great experience and you would not go wrong to at least check them out before making a decision. You won’t regret it!
