The lady that worked tonight was so friendly. I came in a few minutes after 9:30 which is the last wash but I explained to her I just needed to wash and that I will dry at home. She was so understanding and let me wash the one load I had. Thank you!

i went to this laundry mat on a whim & and i've never went to any other place since. i love the cleaniness of this place. they clean the washer and dryers all the time. the staff is so amazing and friendly. & its so calm & relaxing! def recommend.

Staff was super helpful! Paige was working when we were in and assisted with showing us the different machines for larger loads. Great place and very clean!

This location is very clean including washers, dryers, floor, restroom windows and doors!! The attendant offered me assistance and was visible the whole visit. I especially appreciated the automatic doors as it made this laundry visit so much easier!

My washing machine wasn’t working so I thought I’d pop in to do a few loads. Miss Mary greeted me with a smile, asked me if I needed any assistance and was a pleasure to talk to as she wiped down the machines.

Every time I come to “In a snap” they are always kind, courteous, and clean!!! Today BRI, gave great customer service. She was a little nervous but did a great job. She just started employment here… In a snap, keep doing what you are doing it’s working!!!

April is really great. She is so helpful. I'm handicapped and she was so kind. I have and washer and dryer at home that works well but come in here the staff makes you feel so comfortable. Thank you
