I use a wheelchair. There were 11 aisles (I'm not exaggerating) that had dollys and carts in them. Blocking access. Might have bought something on those aisles. A lot of your customers DO have mobility concerns. And I assure you they won't even try to maneuver that kind obstacle. Lost revenue. Please, do better.

I always find something I “need” at Hobby Lobby, and the staff is always friendly. They have plenty of parking. I wish they were open on Sunday for shopping. They have good sales on picture frames, 50% off, is a good deal. Lots of models cars and airplanes.

I've heard of people experiencing racial profiling at Hobby Lobby but just experienced it firsthand with my grandson here. He was looking around while I finished shopping and got in the only open line. I saw the cashier tell another employee to "keep an eye on that kid." They followed him around, waiting for him to steal something I guess, told him he had to pay for something he had in his hand while he was still in the store walking up to me at checkout, and made him open his backpack that was zipped on his back the entire time. Not knowing he was with me, cashier said out loud "People drop their kids off here and we have to babysit them." Never again. In addition, I never get why a business would need to be vocal and self righteous about their religious beliefs. Stupid business behavior!

When we went into the store, they were a bit unwelcoming because they were closing in about 20 minutes. They were very eager to rush us out the store as fast as they could. Other than that, it’s a great place.
