I ordered a $426.00 mic on line Sunday 7/31. It was shipped from Winter Springs on Monday. It is scheduled to be delivered to Ocala on Friday. 5 days to go less than 100 miles. HRO and I are parting company. No more.

I needed to replace my OCF dipole, I gave ham radio outlet a quick call and they verified it was in stock. I took off and purchased it right away.. I installed the antenna the next day and there was a problem. I gave the factory a call and they told me it was a balun problem. I called ham radio outlet and Henry told me no problem bring it back and he would replace it. I Picked up the replacement antenna the following day and installed it and I was back on the air!I’m so happy you guys are here in central Florida. Guy on the phone with a customer when I came in. He couldn't help so he said "hold on let me get the manager." He went into next room and said a few things to another gentleman and then said "I'll just tell them you are not here.". Then he came back out and told the customer on the phone that the manager was not here and that they were totally swamped with customers. Call back in an hour. I was the only customer. The help I received was no better. Really disappointed.

I had the pleasure of doing business with Kevin from HRO Orlando on two recent purchases, one was with a used FTDX-3000 and most recently the purchase of SDRPlay RSPdx, not only was Kevin a pleasure speaking with but his knowledge and customer service is beyond reproach. Kevin is an asset to HRO and sets the bar as far as customer service goes, after each purchase, Kevin even took the time to call me and make sure that I was happy with the products. Two thumbs up, this guy is amazing.
