I received the most amazing cut from Taya! She listened attentively to my wishes and gave me excellent advice on how to manage my grey hair. Over 12 inches was taken off and she delivered an amazing cut and shaping. Definitely my go to girl from now on! Great Clips had better hang on to her, she is awesome!!

Stopped by to get my son a hair cut at 640pm and was told they were closed. Hours at store and on google reflect 7pm

This was not my first time at this location, but it's definitely my last. I'd been coming here for a while and Sabrina was my prefered stylist. She was awesome.
When I went today, I was assigned Julie and my mistake was to engage in light banter with her to make the experience more palatable. After I expressed my desire for a trim & cleanup from the start of an inch or so all around, her first run was with to run the clippers on the back of my head and when I saw and commented about the large amount of hair, she said " it'll be cooler for you now". That was NOT her choice to make. All this time she had nme facing away from mirror, and her conversation got more religious and political regarding South & Central America. By the time she was done and I turned to get my glasses and look in the mirror, the damage was done. I commented to her about it, and once again she commented how "cool it will be". I once again reminded her that decision was not hers to make, which she acknowledged. She had cut my hair to less than a half an inch all around, and until I got home, did not notice how uneven it is. After I shower, I will see how bad it really is and address it then.
Thankfully, I know it will grow back over time, but we will NEVER set foot in that location again.
Requested style: A trim of about an inch or so all around and thinning where needed.

For my haircut I had Hiroka. She did a great job listening to what I wanted and then cutting my hair! Great experience!

Julie cut and ruined my hair.She actually said out loud that cutting a mans hair was so much easier, well she proved that. Chopped off the back, sides are longer,crooked and its awful. She was rushed, distracted,gossipy with other staff,complaining about people not tipping what she " deserves" as I sat in the chair. She deserves to be fired. I do not recommend this place to any females who value their hair based on my experience here with this person.
