He told me about a protection plan they offered for cellphone and made me realize that I was paying way more with my cellphone company. I immediately canceled with my cellphone provider and took the protection they offered at there store for way cheaper. He saved me $150 a year! “Easy peezy. Verizon Asurion was easy to fill out. Made clear the instructions. Took the phone in, came back the next day. Phone was ready when they said it would be. Good as new. Mathew was high energy, and very engaging, and was patient when I got things wrong (wrong password, typed the wrong phone number, hadn't completed the claim, blah blah). I'll be sticking with ubreakitifix Asurion. (Btw, negative reviews about ubreakifix are usually years old - before they went legit and started partnering with big phone-carriers..... those carriers wouldn't allow the crap that the old company seemed to get away with.)”

“Ken’s equipment repair is an excellent company to work with. They were able to help us get our scissor lift back up and rolling quickly. They had a towing company pick it up from our building and haul it to his shop which was super helpful, being we had no way to transport it. Linda who worked in the office was very helpful in arranging all of that. They seem to have a great team and we are thankful for their wonderful service. We are a local church in the Longwood area.”

“It doesn’t get any better than this. I was having trouble finding a replacement battery for my 7,500 watt electric start generator and stopped in to check their store. The store had a great brand I respect, and the precise item I needed. The personnel were very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and the price was right. Then to top that experience, I connected the battery to my trickle charger when I got home, and my charger confirmed that the battery was “fully charged”! YAY to management and staff!”
