I recently had the pleasure of using the services of Classic Touch Cleaners and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. They did a fantastic job on my shirts and suits, ensuring each item was meticulously cleaned and pressed to perfection.
What stood out to me was not just the quality of their work, but also the warm and friendly service. The owner was incredibly nice, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made the experience even more enjoyable. Their customer service is truly top-notch, making you feel valued and appreciated.
In conclusion, I highly recommend Classic Touch Cleaners for all your garment care needs. Their attention to detail, excellent service, and friendly staff make them a standout choice. I will definitely be returning for future cleaning needs.

My shirts have horrible cigar smell. If you go there then you will know why.Then when my gf left them at the store she specified my concern about broken bottoms (from previous experience at other store). When picked them up Ms. Dolores even told me she specifically checked. Today when I was getting ready to work realized that 2 shirts have broken bottoms in the neck.

I came here with about 20 items, which included sport shirts, polo shirts, sweaters, quarter zip pullovers, the works. It was late in the day and I didn’t call ahead but nonetheless the lady at the counter listened to my concerns about my clothing, she documented my requests and let me know my articles would be ready on Saturday by 9AM. Fast forward to Saturday it occurred to me I wouldn’t be able to make it and that same lady let me know my clothing would be kept safe until I could come get them the following week. I arrived just before closing the following Tuesday and again, despite it being late in the day she took the time to go through each individual article with me and make sure I was satisfied. Not only that but made suggestions for caring for these clothes going forward to avoid some of the issues I had. As we were wrapping up she even offered me a 2$ discount (honestly wasn’t necessary) but so greatly appreciated as I was prepared to pay full price being I was so pleased with the service. But the fact she offered that discount for no reason other than she wanted to be nice really left a good impression on me. I had read the other reviews prior to giving this place a try but after experiencing the service myself it leaves me wondering about the type of people and their expectations before they wrote the reviews. I don’t know what their individual experiences were like but mine was great. I recommend this cleaners and I have 24 articles of clean and wrinkle free clothing to back up their quality.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! She shrunk my husband suit and dress shirts!! Also one has completely dirty with stains that was not there before. She is mean and not professional at all. Don’t waste your money and time! Horrible service. I read the reviews but didn’t want to believe.
