I have consigned here for a few months now. They sort the clothes that you bring in right then and there in front of you and they either return them or ask if you would like to donate to a thrift store they work with. I had four pair of shorts they didn’t accept to consign so I chose to just have them donated. A week later I went in and noticed all four pair of my shorts on their $5 sales rack that she sets outside the front door. It has been an issue every time I’ve called to collect my check from them. I do not recommend doing business with this dishonest establishment.

Don't sell here. Go on Poshmark, at least you know whatever items you sell you are guaranteed to make $$$. It's very poorly managed. The owner is never in and she's the only one who can write a check for your credit amount. They tell you the checkbook isn't on site so you can't pick up your money for items sold you have to wait until the the owner mails it in 4-6 weeks. Well, I've been waiting for 8 weeks and still no check. I called back today to complain and they associate said "you're next on the list." HOW AM I NEXT ON THE LIST? I CALLED DECEMBER 6th to request my funds be sent...it's January 18th! My check should have been sent on the next payroll after December 6th. I think the owner mismanages funds and tries to float money as long as she can. Also, I found a brand new pair of Mother jeans there with store tags still attached, but no consignment tag. I went to the register to purchase and the associate said, well, there's no tag so, I guess you can have them for $12.00. A $250 paid of brand new Mother Jeans were sold to me (and not credited to the customer who consigned) because they didn't put a tag on them. So, assume this is happening to your items when you drop off. TRUST ME- sell your items yourself on Poshmark. It's easy and you control the price and keep your designer items til they sell! What a let down!

We ended up over in the Oviedo area and shopped at several different consignment shops within about a 30 minute drive. This was absolutely our favorite stop of the day. Incredibly organized (by style/size/color) and everything was clean. The prices were phenomenal for the brands (absolute best prices of any of the other consignment stores on brand name pieces). Great selection of everything and great customer service! We will definitely be back.

Well organized and spacious with everything from clothing- casual thru formal- to shoes, purses, scarfs, outfit jewelry. So thankful to have a shop like this in the area. It has allowed me to scale up my closet one season at a time. Their text list is the best. Quick notification about once every other month letting me know of 50% off items and other can’t miss deals. Thank you, ladies, for keeping the store full with new inventory always.

There is a HUGE sign out in front of the store that says “Thrift”. I was on the phone with my 85 year old mom and told her I was in a thrift store. The clerk (I will call her) rudely interpreted and said, “BOUTIQUE” lol. Pass me the Grey Poupon.

NOT WORTH your time and even think you will get any money.I gave brand new Chico’s dresses $350 worth and still trying to collect $19 back and the left over not sales 90 days items because every time I will go I got an excuse that the owner was not available.Really sorry for the attendants she keep in the store. Shame on you for not trusting who you hire. Attend your business instead!!!!!!!Got a message today that she will charge me $1.00 to write a check for the $19.00 that she owes me.SHAME YOU LADY for the way you run your business!

Adorable shop! I have found several cute items for reasonable prices. The ladies that work in there are very kind.Great location too. Close to my home so it's a convenient shop for me.

Very bad management. I had the same experience a lot of others did. I called several times and nobody knew where my items were, at first they were "in the back room", then it was "call in another couple of months", then they told me that I waited too long - and they just probably donated my stuff. I walked around the store and collected my remaining high-end items. They did not even offer to collect my things and give them to me. I requested a check for my Sold items. Was told it would be a month... I've been waiting, after two months I called back... "They don't know where my check is, it's been written" ... just a mess of either Disorganization or sheer Deception

This review is purely from a consignment perspective. The store is fine for shopping, and I've gotten many nice things there. However, as a consignor, I always had to chase down the money owed to me, which took MONTHS of follow up. They do not notify you when there is money for you to collect. I do not recommend selling clothes or any other items here.

Do not bring your items here! They don't pay you and avoid your calls. I brought two beautiful designer outfits last November 2020. I Was told that they would email me if anything sold. I lost track of time and thought about whatever happened with my clothes about a month ago. I called and a woman answered and said oh yes we sold a couple of your pieces. I asked why didn't they email me. She said that she's too busy for that and she would never say that she would email me. Ok. Whatever. I asked her how much she would be sending me for the item sold and she replied $60. She said she would be sending me a check. Well a month later if not a little more no check. I've called several times left a couple of messages. No return call. Not that $60 is going to change my life but it's the principal. I feel like I've been ripped off and it does not sit well with me at all! They need to own up to their mistakes and take care of things. From the looks of other reviews I'm NOT the first one to complain about this! Do NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
