Hey Bank of America will you be paying our rent? Or late rent fees? Do you have somewhere for us to live if our landlord evicts us? We deposited $1500 into an atm, your machine deposited $1000 and didn’t return $500. NOT $100, $500!!!!! Now you are saying it can take TEN DAYS to MAYBE get us our money back?! MAYBE?!?!?!?!?

for weeks they have just one teller but 3 greeters, while they have a line of ppl waiting for service - worry about servicing your customers instead of fishing for new ones!
