“Really happy to have found this place! The starter in my truck went out , which is a big job on my vehicle (Toyota Sequoia). After having not so good experiences with a couple other places in town including the dealer, I read the reviews and gave these guys a call. I asked for a ball park price , which was very reasonable, and said they could get me in right away. I had my truck towed in later in the afternoon and it was done early the next day. Great locally owned shop , clean, honest, and they were great to deal with. They do extremely clean / professional work! In the past at other shops including the dealer, if you look at the repair it’s a mess. Missing screws, stripped bolts, missing clips, etc. None of that here. Good high quality professional work with reasonable and honest prices. The only place I’ll go from now on. Thank you for the amazing service and over all experience! This is the way it should be!”

“Absolutely amazing...that's all I can say. Norzi & his team are very, very good. I have been looking for a new local mechanic for about a year and came across Precision Auto Clinic via a Google search. I could not believe the 5 star reviews and comments. Well, I'm glad I listened to the reviews.

When I called to make an appointment Norzi asked if I could bring the car in for full car inspection. When I brought the car, Norzi did a test drive with me in the car explain the conditions I was hearing about the car. He pointed out what was believed to be the issue. He then asked if I had a few extra minutes because he was to do a full inspection. I agreed and shared what areas needed to be addressed and the costs.

I brought the car back a couple days later and Norzi & his team worked on the vehicle for 2 days. There was a long list of items. The attached photos just some of the work that was done.

But do you know what the best thing that was done. As the work was being done on the car, Norzi was texting me pictures of the work. He shared pictures of the oil change, old parts removed, the new parts installed.

When I returned to pick up the car, I learned that the car had been detailed and the rugs cleaned. The following day, Norzi called to check on how things were going with everything.

“We thought the leak and engine heating up on our Enclave was the radiator. Tito diagnosed as the water pump and got it fixed very quickly as we needed the car back. His repair of the water pump comes with a warranty incase it fails again.He even cleaned up the parts around it like our radiator, a/c, coolant. “I have been here several times with both my vehicles and it’s never been a long wait they are pretty efficient and professional I do like that they always have great coupon deals and the tech also pointed out to me that the last place I went for oil change never changed the oil smh not good and I was not happy at all to hear that I literally have a warranty at my dealership for free oil change but they are the one who did not perform an actual oil change so I instead prefer to pay at jiffy lube
