Quality leads to quick sale! Will priced my house just right. There were 2 other houses within a block of me that languished on the mkt for months. My home sold above asking in 1 & 1/2 days. Also be aware that if u need any help getting your home mkt ready, ALL of his contacts (painters, stagers, etc.) are quality AND quick!Go with Will and u will be as pleased as I am!

Star realtor. My wife and I decided to use some time we had before and after a holiday visit to the area to look for possible vacation/income properties. Will responded quickly, is extremely knowledgeable of the local real estate market, and has a ton of connections for everything you may need (property managers, mortgage and insurance agents, etc). On our last day, after looking at the property we ended up buying, Will was even able to kindly give us a ride back to the airport, which we really really appreciate - and it was a Sunday. Definitely work with Will, you will be in good hands

We could not imagine a better realtor than Will. He and his team go over and beyond for you. They not only find you the perfect home but they do the due diligence to ensure you get the best deal. My husband and I had a awful first experience with our first realitor trying to purchase our first home. When we found will through my mother inlaw btw we should have done that from the start! Will was absolutely fantastic, patient, people oriented and helped us in anyway! No matter what time or what issue will is always there with positivity and will figure it out with out hesitation! We closed on our first house with will and will absolutely use will in the future! I highly recommend him

Will did a great job helping my family find our new home , it ended up being a long process because of the pandemic but he really stayed on top of things , kept us informed and worked hard to get us into all the homes we were interested in . We were looking for homes in the Daytona and Ormond Beach area and he never had any issue with traveling from Orlando to show us houses several times a week, I would definitely recommend Will LaValle.
