Could have used a second teller instead of some suit giving excuses. He only helped after I shamed him to the 7 people behind me. That branch needs help. Looks like a smoking room from the 80's. DINGY

I was told by a representative that in order to open a business bank account I needed certain documentation. I go out of my way to obtain the documents which cost me money for them to tell me that it’s not the “specific” document that’s required to open the business bank account! Highly disappointed in this bank, and how they bamboozle their customers to do things. With no consequence as well because of course they’re not gonna take responsibility for giving me misinformation. I do not recommend doing business with them when this is how they do business! Looking for another bank to move my money too.

They are very nice and I went to other bank they are close at 5 pm .4:30 pm you be there there are don’t let you in .but here you come 4:50 pm they still let you in .very good.

No banker, the people there never are available to help. All is with appointments all the time wich doesn't work for some people.

Came in right when they opened today to create a new account for the business I opened. Brought all my required paperwork, and a 2,000$ deposit. No one in the bank other than one customer depositing money, and I was turned away by an older lady with glasses.

I’ve been baking With Wells Fargo for years and never been to this location. I will never be back. Never. I was sitting there for over 30 minutes to do a wire transfer. Finally had to leave the bank can go to a different Wells Fargo because it looked like I was going to be sitting there for another 30 minutes and I Was going to perhaps miss my closing! Absolutely no customer service. No one asked to help me or anyone else sitting there waiting. Everyone just seem to be taking their time and there was no urgency to help anyone.

1 teller and a line of people , this one teller probably can’t even go to the bathroom. don’t be so cheap hire more tellers !!!! It’s like third world country service .

Had fraud activity on my account to where my account was locked they told me on the phone I needed to come into the bank and get it fixed. I went to this location and the lady in the office turned me down. Because she had other more important appointments meanwhile I have 40k in the bank from selling my house and my money is at risk in this account she told me I had to go to another location after I waited 15 min for this location to open. Sad because I always come to this location. Well I am pulling all my money out and never returning

Most of the people who are working in there are racist, I had an appointment to open an account and I go there she was talking to someone and I checked in and wait for them to stop talking but she took the other customer and I was still patiently waiting, when she finished she told me it's already too late she can't help me anymore. The other person had an appointment at 9 and mine was at 10. The service was really bad!!

I went here to open an account with a check from their bank. The manager says to cash with out being charged I need an account. But I had to wait to make an account. So then I said can I cash it. She says we are going to charge you. She just want to make money of my check. Bad business

They don’t answer the phones. I’ve tried multiple times to get in touch with the agent who set up my business account. Time to make a switch.
