Brie was very nice and very helpful! Every time we needed something, she told us exactly where it was i.e. exact aisle, number, and whether it’s on the left or right. She also was very kind and very professional.

The listing says that the store is open until 11 PM.
At around 8:30 PM the pharmacy was already closed.
I know that pharmacies can close sooner than the store, but the listing is misleading and false. If the pharmacy closes sooner than the store, say so.

Pharmacy is not service oriented at all. I arrived to pick up three prescriptions sent to Walgreens 14 hours ago. They were very defensive and complained the prescriptions arrived after they were closed. Which was true. But they had zero care for the urgency of the need nor the fact that the scrips were sent 14 hours ago! You would think Walgreens would prioritize by timing!! They had no idea the order had even been placed. Bit people I spoke to in Pharmacy had very poor people skills. Made me feel I was the problem. When I’m the one with the serious infection needing the meds!

Called to ask about a prescription. Person who answered was uneducated and rude. Save yourself the time and use a different pharmacy

I get my prescriptions here and always get fast service even when theres a line. I think it's really sweet that some of the pharmacists remember who I am even though I'm only there once a month for a few minutes.I think I actually met the lead pharmacist once, and he was a really funny, pleasant guy who shared frustrations with my doctor sending in my scripts late. Always cute plushies here too :)

Garbage people. Rude and too busy talking to friends to help a customer. Wouldn't return a product told me to go to another Walgreens.

Lovely store … but we literally go out of her way just to see Cassandra. She’s amazing. The most positive personality, great smile, greets everyone warmly when they come in. She is such a lovely person and definitely worth an extra 10 minute walk down from the other drug store in the area.

Never got a refill notification.Pharm is conveniently closed the day after Cinco De Mayo due to “staff shortage” ! lies….. it’s obvious whoever wanted off today got what they wanted and the customer didn't. Grow up

Love this walgreens, been coming here for something like 8 years so i figured its time to write a review. I LOVE Shae in the pharmacy, he's so nice and personable, also very helpful. Everyone else is always nice too and they remember me. I'm also a fan of the makeup girl, I don't know her name but she's small and adorable and always super friendly with great recommendations.

We are in our 60's and the Walgreens in Winter Park (store 10951) will not let my husband purchase wine without me showing my ID along with his ID. I didn't have my purse/ID and the clerk told us she would NOT sell him wine without me ALSO showing my ID. The manager told us that was Walgreens company policy that EVERYONE in the party show legal ID for any alcohol purchase. We left the store without a purchase, we also left all our drug store purchases behind (a $60 lost sale) The MOD Kevin told us that ZULY Perez has enforced this policy. We have been to many other Walgreens and this has NEVER been requested, we were told this is NOT Walgreens policy. This will need to be straited out or we will NEVER SHOP THIS OR WALGREENS AGAIN.
