Arguably the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have experienced in all the states I have lived in- including major cities like DC, and NY. There is no pharmacist who actually works here daily, instead random ones from Walgreens regional office are assigned so there are always different people and policies and timelines. We have had ample issues with them not getting things our doctors have prescribed multiple times. Their phone system is laughable. I was just waiting on hold 36 minutes and heard them pick up, put me on hold again, and then eventually it disconnected. Will be swapping pharmacies asap and if you are looking to change go anywhere else but here...

This is the 2nd time! Made appointments in advance, arrived, checked in and sat to wait.
Watched the staff rock out to the music while they checked in delivered medications. When I went up to ask how long they’d be, She asked for my name and told me to sit and wait until I was called.
There is no line, there are at least 3 people “working” and I have to sit and wait for what??? Why do I make an appointment t? the last time it was ONE HOUR before I was called. We’ll see how long it takes this time.

Unable to process a local delivery ….if you like a dirty store with half empty shelves THiS is the ideal location to wait in line! Step right up and best of luck getting your medication.

Oh, dear Walgreens of 1920 Aloma, Winter Park! You've managed to make a mockery of my medication situation! My doctor called in a prescription for a med that's sometimes as elusive as a unicorn, and you had the audacity to play a game of "Now you see it, now you don't!" with my sanity.Yesterday at 4pm, you sent me a text and a voicemail (how thoughtful!) to say that my prescription was being filled, my insurance was on board at a reasonable $25, and it would be ready at 6:10pm. My lovely wife, bless her heart, went to pick it up, only to be handed two other meds like they were consolation prizes while being told that my unicorn medication was still in hiding.Fast forward to today, and your app, in all its digital glory, tells me that my medication is now OUT OF STOCK. Excuse me, but how did it go from being filled to vanishing into thin air? I'm starting to think you've got a mischievous pharmacy gnome running the show.Walgreens, I've had it up to here with your shenanigans. I'm taking to social media to spread the word of your antics to my followers, who, while not quite as influential as Oprah, still pack a punch. My posts may not make a dent in your corporate armor, but they'll be a warning to others: Beware the Walgreens pharmacy!Life is too short to be treated like a mere speck of dust in your vast empire. This isn't the first time you've pulled a fast one, but it's the last straw. I'm taking a stand, and I'm taking my business elsewhere.So, to all the other pharmacies out there, take heed: treat your customers with respect and dignity, or you might just find yourselves in the crosshairs of Grok's Humorous Rant.

Very nice store. Incredibly well kept clean as could be. Prices bit high but if you need anything they have it.

Nice ppl but expect a 45 min (not an exaggeration) trip to pickup one prescription through the drive thru.. I have like 5 people behind me waiting

Hours posted online, at pick up window and when you call are all incorrect. Delayed medication for a child because it was after hours and couldn't have prescription sent to another pharmacy. Nobody seems to care.

Just left Walgreens after the manager spent at least 15 minutes checking each item I received and coupon codes are actually applicable and correct. But he couldn't enter the coupon code correctly so he said he has to void the transaction and re ring them in (mind you this would be the 3rd time, but okay) then he said I would need to wait for him to go help another customer and come back .... Really? I was first in the line waited for you to come and help but since you didn't ring up the items properly, I would need to wait for you yo help other people and come back? Reason... he said they are short staffed. This is amazing customer service and helpful staff. Really knowledgeable. Not to talk about how the drive through pharmacy randomly closed because of short staff. Maybe hire more people? Will not be coming to this Walgreens ay time soon. So frustrated

Every time I call to refill a Rx the woman on the phone is rude. It's really off putting when it happens consistently.
