Ordered 2 new phones. I was told when the phones came in, someone from Verizon would put the $200 plus cases and screen protectors on and transfer the data
When the phones arrived, someone put the cases we bought on and transfered the data.
I thought the screen protectors were installed . Unfortunately the screen protectors were not installed. 3 days later, noticed scratches on one phone.
Went back to Verizon and someone different installed the screen protectors.
We were told we would have to use phone insurance to get the scratches fixed or phone replaced.
Cannot be without a phone so we are stuck with a new phone with scratches on the screen screen.
Disappointed. Feel we are owed a new phone without scratches.
Been a Verizon subscriber for 20+ years and purchased new phones every 2 -3 years. This is the first time the screen protectors we purchased were not installed.

CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you've ever had issues with your phone/plan you know what a pain it can be sometimes to deal with your provider. Rahiem and David went ABOVE AND BEYOND taking care of me! I had an issue that wasn't even their fault but they both spent countless hours investigating and troubleshoot the problem until it was resolved!
