Worst post office out there, Tried to cash a money order from the postal service, but was unable because they didn't have any cash.. Really? inst the whole idea of getting a money order at the postal service is that the person receiving it can cash it at one.

I don't leave reviews like this lightly, but it seems like something is very wrong with this PO.
I watched one of the women at the window finish with a customer, walk away from her window, come to the other side of the counter and begin stacking tape and envelopes, leaving several of us in line to watch in disbelief. I ended up going to the Maitland PO instead, it's a little further, but they're always on point and really professional. Something is off at this location, it's falling apart.

Imagine you get to a hospital and the ER says is 5:01pm and we are close! Worse customer service ever they were still in front of their desk and I came running from the clinic were I was with patient and when I say please it’s only 1 min after 5 they keep repeating we are close, we are close… They should lock the door at least… Terrible costumer service!!!

Worse experience today, the associate far left window, made me feel like I was a scammer when trying to pay for money orders in excess of $3000. She requested to see my debit card, and had it in her possession and this did not sit well with me. From since when, USPS verifies debit cards against ID’s even after filling out form requires when purchasing money orders over $3000???This worker needs to be retrained & treat everyone as her equal. I will never return to this location.Poor customer service

The nicest people! I love this post office location because they always have at least two people working which is so helpful when you're running here on a quick lunch break errand. Ample parking and a nice clean, organized, and friendly office - 5 stars.

This is a similar experience I had in this store before but first time posting a review. On Saturdays usps close at 12 PM, I get there by 11:45 AM waiting in line, when I head to the counter the rep Stacy mentioned I need different envelope if I send with flat rate, she said with rude attitude "look for the flat rate envelope and you have 2 minutes" I was looking for the envelope there was none so I asked to other rep Cesar and he replied "I will give you one from the back (store) in a moment, wait over there" while I was filling out the label the rep Stacy closed the store by drawn the curtains, Cesar went to the back closed the door and I was waiting for about another 8 - 12 minutes and no one came to help or care. Mail is constantly delivered to the wrong address. I am delivering my neighbors mail weekly and my mail is lost frequently. Why can’t the Winter Park Post Office do their job?
