I used the "convenient" self-scan and drop-off feature but my tracking didn't update. Item was supposed to be delivered next day as it wasn't going too far. I called to ask and was told sometimes the packages dropped off in this bin get "overlooked and aren't handed over to the driver at Ground pickup". Then why have the service if our packages aren't going to be sent out? Really sucks as I needed a package to go out the day I dropped it off and now hasn't moved. Very irresponsible of a shipping company and I will be contacting UPS about this.

Always an easy experience here. I am usually in the store for three minutes or less. Staff is very easygoing and know exactly what you need. I have never waited long in this place.

Many thanks to Gianni and the supervisor from Friday 03/29/24. They helped me send out 6 packages (international packages) and made it simple and easy for me. I appreciate their help and excellent customer service!!!!

I always come on the weekend and it’s always the same people working and they are super nice and incredibly helpful. I have gone in there without a box and panicked and they have just sold me a box on the spot and are just very overall helpful and nice about everything. The best ups store I have ever been in

I believe anyone that goes above and beyond for their customers deserves some kind of recognition. Bebe and Luis are extremely pleasant and very helpful, always working hard to help everyone.

I had a wonderful experience with the very helpful staff here who assisted me with packing and shipping an unusual shaped item. Luis was an absolute delight. I’ve never had more fun in a UPS store. Thank you to this great crew.

I dated a document enlarged and laminated this morning. It was not possible to do it the way I wanted. I was waited on by Guillermo Favig and he said “I got this”. He made the extra effort to make everything perfect and definitely made my day. I thank him so much.

My transaction went smoothly but apparently the employees at this UPS store don’t know how to ship posters. I brought a handful of posters to ship in two separate deliveries. The employee packaged both orders incorrectly and when they both arrived, my posters were bent or dented because they apparently don’t know what packaging to use for something that’s paper thin. Really annoying
