Beth at the Lake Howell Branch Rd was extremely helpful. I needed to handle my mother's funeral arrangements out of state and needed to print and fax. I handed her mom phone and she had everything sent to the store for me. Thank you so much Beth!

I brought in an item to be packed and shipped. The person who helped me made no effort to determine if my item was fragile (it was) or determine what was needed to pack it. He literally asked me if bubble wrap or any extra packing was necessary. I am not an expert on packing or shipping, and that’s what I thought. I was paying the UPS store to do. I do not recommend this store.

Beth has helped me several times. Beth seems enjoy and appreiate her postion at UPS. I have been to two other stores and b4 u even get to the counter they start saying why they CANT take your packages to the counter. I go out of my way to go to her store. When its was busy with holiday returns,its all hands on deck.

This location has changed. On my last visit there were 5 or so people behind the counters and not one looked up to greet or even recognize my entrance. I saw no usual packages for the usual “USPS “ drop off area, made a comment that I was dropping off for post office and one associate questioned me. It was ridiculous her response or question. It was evident I had a label on the box I placed in again , the usual USPS drop off section.
The store was dirty, needed vacuuming and the entrance glass was also filthy. I have never seen this store in this filthy condition before.
Today is the third day since dropping off my package for “USPS” and still tracking has not been updated.
I called the UPS store to ask if the
Postman had been there and the associate said they had, then asked if they scan the boxes upon pick-up and associate replies with,” I don’t know , I work for UPS.” My reply, you work there, you don’t see what they do?
It is evident that many workers of today do not have the ability to observe or think past the nose on the their faces.
I have always had great, friendly service at this store but not now.
Get it together!

Absolute slowest service ive seen in awhile. The two employees working today couldn't care less about the line of people, while one woman was on her phone and the kid was making copies and just didn't care about the line of people! I walked out and will definitely find another store.

Expect any visit to this location to take at least 30 minutes. Staff is friendly, however this location is extremely understaffed.
Arrived at 8 AM today and watched no less than 20 people come and go trying to ship packages — store didn't open until closer to 8:30 AM.
Prior to today, I've always experienced a line to the door, even when 2 employees were working (never seen more than that).

They ship stuff, same as any other UPS store. They obviously do that fine.
The issue is, that since new owners took over this franchise, they cut payroll in half. Every time I have come to this location, there is one employee. Prior, there were nearly always two or three employees. I asked why, and was told “the new owners cut hours to save money.”
Having a line to the door, stressed staff and inefficient work isn’t the best way to increase profit margin long term as we will just go somewhere else.

I can't say enough good things about the team at this UPS Store, especially Beth! No matter how busy it gets, she always has a positive attitude and a friendly smile. Her patience, efficiency, and kindness make every visit a pleasant experience. It's clear she genuinely cares about helping customers, and that level of service is hard to come by. The whole staff is great, but Beth truly goes above and beyond—she deserves a raise! Highly recommend this location for top-notch customer service.

Don’t even waste your time. The lady that was there clearly doesn’t even know what she’s doing. Customer service is trash & offered zero solution. Mind you she wasn’t able to log in to her computers but was willing to have the client prior to me email her bar code and leave the package there so she can scan it once she was able to figure out how to do her job but when it came to me I got a plain “I can’t scan anything, so there’s nothing I can do”. Horrible service
