I am convinced the people who work here are angels walking among us, because every time I come here they are always dealing with challenging customers that they have to assist (sometimes with the most basic tasks)... which they do so in the most professional manner. Sometimes when someone is being extra and I feel myself losing my patience I ask myself what would my local UPS workers do?

This location has the best employees! First time in and both guys were ON it. Multi-tasking at its finest and attending to every customer (it was busy). Wish this was my home UPS store!

UGH! I will never ever use this UPS store again. I came in here and asked if I could have packages sent here without a rental box. I was told that I could, but my name and number and c/o The UPS Store needed to be on the box. Great. I had a box sent, picked it up for the $10 fee and went on my way. Two months later I have a very important parcel arriving, same sender. He labels it the same way, sent it from the same facility, and the person who was working that day turned my box away. Where is it now? No one knows. Will it ever reach me? Again, don't know.This person who got the mail and way turned my box away told me it was because he didn't recognize the name of the sender. (Not because it was shipped by USPS. That was not his first excuse) Never mind that it had C/O The UPS Store emblazoned on the box. Never mind that my name and number were on it. Refused to take any personal responsibility. Never apologized. And never did anything to try and make it right, absolute cowardly shirking of responsibilities. Then he has the audacity to tell me that they only do that 'sometimes' as a 'courtesy.' Oh, do you always charge $10 when you are doing something as a courtesy? If you tell someone they can SHIP BOXES TO YOUR STORE do not send the box away. For the laziness of not collecting this single box not only have they missed out on any future money they would have gotten from my shipping and package collecting, they have caused me a huge amount of hassle and loss.Update: Just called and talked to the 'manager' who told me that they only accept packages mailed from other UPS stores to the UPS store in Winter Park. I mean, let's put aside the that they did accept a USPS box before, let's put aside that it was addressed 'C/O the UPS Store' meaning that they aren't intervening on my mail. It was addressed to their store, but maybe if you ONLY accept UPS packages then don't you think that something you should tell someone when they come and ask about having a package shipped there? Again, no personal responsibility, no apology, no admitting of any wrong doing what so ever. Horrible.This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a store. I guess, it's a sign of the times. Anyway, they've lost my business. I would avoid at all cost and go somewhere else. They will lose your package here, they won't accept any responsibility. Not the way to run a business unless you intend to run it into the ground.Is it really so hard to say, "I'm sorry, we made a mistake. We should have said that we only accept mail from other UPS stores and that's our bad."? Is that really that hard? Except I'm about 95% certain now that is just the excuse they are clinging to in order to avoid taking any responsibility what so ever.
