Customer service is the worst and they charge for a piece of tape for Amazon returns box. The price of tape is per side. Biggest scam of the century. This guy called Mohant has zero customer service experience and must be not in that job. When they are making some much bucks by doing Amazon returns these greedy guys want to upcharge customers for a small piece of tape.

Andres was very efficient and personable. He was single handedly assisting 6 customers that just walked in, opened 2 registers and was simultaneously helped two customers at once. He was pleasant and quick.

Went here this weekend for amazon return, the guy on front desk was some Indian guy and he told me his name is MONTI Patel which sounded like a Nick name.
Any ways I need some help on computer to print label and I was not able to figure , when I asked him for help his reply was “ I am not here to teach computer” any ways after wards he objected every step of my return package with self made up rules which were not required by amazon.
I am okay with rules but his behavior and tone was completely in appropriate i don't know who hired him to work in such place. He completely lacks the ethics to work in such place.
Ups should hire professional people who know how to talk to customers and be respectful, it was my worst ups experience and i hope people like him should be held accountable by ups and should be removed from such positions.

Would give negative stars if possible. I've taking several packages to them just to be lost. They were scanned in and could be tracked half of the trip. Then poof they disappear. Manager told ne I never dropped off any packages. These packages were insured and valuable. This store would not honor insurance. I would never use them go directly to post office. Very unprofessional store
