Mareim Toma was excellent this morning in assisting me on getting a home equity loan. Her customer service is exceptional and her generous kind heart in helping me with my son at the same time, was so sincere. She even helped me personally to make things easier to get the loan submitted. She does an amazing job and deserves a raise. If you need personal help with a home loan Mareim is the one to go to.

I only raised my rating to 2 stars because he tellers at this branch are always pleasant and competent. The other employees are generally indifferent at best and Trustco Bank is terrible. I made a deposit from a Canadian Bank. I was sent a letter saying the deposit amount was removed from my account so the bank could request the funds directly from the Canadian bank. I was informed 2 weeks later that IT COULD TAKE UP TO 40 DAYS TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT FOR THE CHECK AMOUNT! That's no typo - 40 DAYS! (I've been waiting 24 days so far.) Someone needs to inform Trustco Bank that they don't need to drive a horse-drawn covered wagon to Canada to get my funds! This is 2023!This is just one of several negative instances I've had with this bank. All banks offer reasonably similar products and services, so if you have any choice stay away from Trustco - all branches.

Worst customer service no email return no phone call return. My personal banking information has been traded, This bank does not follow protocol of banking rules. Branch manager Arcenet has poor management skills. I am ending my 15 year relationship with Trustco bank.

If I could give this branch zero stars I would the only time the workers have been nice to me and my husband were when we were opening the account the bank itself is a good bank but every single branch my husband I’ve ever been into the workers have no customer service skills are extremely rude and disrespectful word of advice if you want to keep your customers learn how to talk to them with some respect and stop talking over them

All seemed well at first. I needed some extra cash for home repairs, so I took out a small home equity loan. Then as mortgage rates began to fall, I wanted to refi my mortgage. Trustco would not resubordinate the home equity loan so I could do so.. This ended up costing me thousands of dollars in the long run..

This review is long overdue! We came to Trustco as first time home buyers. Arcenet, the bank manager is amazing. She guided us through the entire mortgage process and was always there when we had a question. She even took the time to attend our closing. Trustco had the best mortgage rate, offered no PMI, and is one of the only banks who don’t resell their mortgages. We had a great experience and would recommend Trustco!

The manager Arcenet and the staff here are excellent providing customer service! Arcenet is approachable, professional and always gives her 100% to make sure the client is satisfied. She always have a welcoming smile on her face and she is always there to answer questions. She is also very knowledgeable during a mortgage process. My whole family and neighbors in the Avalon Park community miss her at the Avalon branch a lot!! as a Manager, she represents Trustco Bank very well, and others should learn from her.

Amazing small town style bank in Winter Park. Literally where everyone knows your name and your kids' names and is always eager to help. The staff, I mean, extension of your own family, esp. if you bank often is beyond customer service. It's a pleasure and I highly encourage that you bank here and open kid bank accounts here too. They match the first $10 the kid deposits and add $5 yearly as a birthday gift. It's so cute and teaches kids that the bank wants to help you save.
