Triangle has a great selection of parts to keep my 1966 VW Beetle on the road and running good. The staff is friendly and helpful. Recently bought a shift rod bushing, the price was cheaper than if I ordered online with shipping. I got some excellent advice on how to install the new bushing, things I did not see people doing on YouTube. Never had a problem with anything I purchased from Triangle and car is shifting flawlessly now. Thanks

Steve and Junior were my only supplier for my historic 1982 Fast Attack Vehicle. I did not trust anyone but them as the vehicle had some very specific parts to keep it authentic and original. I am happy to say that I am getting ready to restore another rare military vehicle and they are once again going to be my only supplier of parts. They know VW's!

There are a lot of amazing reviews of this place from enthusiasts and friends of the company which is the reason I chose to buy a part for my car from Triangle as I make it a point to support local businesses and as a Euro enthusiast I was excited to have a new import place for my Audi. The one common denominator is that the good reviews are all primarily men. I am a young woman who has been working on cars, trucks, and heavy equipment since I was old enough to hold a wrench and I am used to the way I am treated by men in the industry but it has never been more apparent than when I interacted with the staff at this business. When you enter the business and aren't even spoken to, just silently ignored until you speak up, and when you do you are met with contention and apathy. I have rebuilt my engine and replaced most parts on my car (it's an audi) so being questioned on my knowledge and second guessed is not only rude but incredibly short sighted considering. (Not that they care enough to interact with you and maybe have a conversation). I ordered my part with the promise and understanding that it would be there the next day. When my boyfriend called the next day not only was it not there but it wouldn't be there until the following Monday (4 extra days) this was explained to my boyfriend over the phone and the person he spoke to was very pleasant and even brought up the possibility of compensation with him. When the part was finally in I went to go pick it up and was met with the same silence and apathy as I was before even being asked repeatedly if I paid for the part when I did the week prior (they wouldnt order it without payment because its electronic). When my boyfriend brought up the compensation that was discussed over the phone it was suddenly a mystery and no one remembered it. Being honest here, I make enough that im not sweating some $20 discount on a $150 part, it was the principal of the matter and when I spoke up about the way I have been treated I was gaslighted and given a passive agressive "sorry bout it" with the staff sighting a "bad day" as a genuine reason for their demeanor. Keep in mind I have been in this store twice and spoken over the phone too many times and not once was I treated with any kindness, much less respect. In the end I got my part 4 days late and fixed my car. TLDR: If you are a woman, dont come into this shop and expect and kind of customer service or respect, you're asking for too much. Order it online and save your energy, may I reccomend FCP Euro.
