When I called they were very friendly the guy Michael. Helped me over the phone. When I got here Havey I believe his name was helped me with checking in. I always loved coming to tire kingdom but I use to go to the aloma location this one is closer to my house and much friendlier. No complaints I told them I need this car to last me until 2025 and they understood the assignment. He told me exactly what was wrong and completed it right on the spot. I really appreciate it as my anxiety was through the roof. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend as a female who has been screwed over before Michael truly had best customer service and showed me the price of things before they went ahead and completed the work.

Went in today for a fix on my tire which had a nail in it. Lads at the shop were amazing they fixed it and checked all other tires whole process took less than 30min.

Took my vehicle in for an alignment the tech didn't test drive it before or after to make sure it was done correct, i left and had to go right back , then he actually test drove it around the small parking lot ! Then i guess someone from the counter went to test drive on the road as he should have done, put it back on the rack , tech/manager adjusted it also test drove said it was done , spoke with person from the front and ask if he could test drive it as he drove it before to make sure it was adjusted correctly , he did and said " it's driving straight for me" that statement tells me it wasn't done right . And as i left for the second time, the alignment and steering wheel was STILL way off and they ate cookies and left the wrapper on the driver side floor with grease all over the door and steering wheel of a white truck. Definitely wouldn't bring it back there for a third attempt!

Quick, efficient, and caring — 3 adjectives I never thought I’d use collectively to describe any auto care shop or their employees. I must say, though, I called in a pinch, was offered a reservation and quote immediately, and had the rest of my vehicle inspected for general red flags on top of the necessary tire care. Javier and Matt are godsends, highly recommend!

The complete lack of communication is so disrespectful that it borders on contempt for the very customer they're supposed to be helping.My appointment was for 9AM to replace my brakes. I dropped my car off around 8:30 at which point I expressed that I work overnights and still had two hours left in my shift. At 10:15 I asked for a time estimate and was promptly ignored. Around 11:30 I asked again for a time estimate and was told it'd be an hour. 1PM rolls around and I asked for a third time and was told "We're piecing it back together now." I'm not sure what kind of watch these guys have but mine doesn't have "Putting it back together o'clock" so that certainly didn't do anything to answer my question. I found myself pacing and fuming at which point I lost my cool and completely went off on the first employee who walked through the door. Understandably, he went to get the manager who told me "It's a two hour procedure." Look, I know where my faults lie and one of them is in my Florida education but despite this learning disability I *am* capable of rudimentary maths and 9AM-1:30PM is a lot longer than two hours. This much I know. I made sure to emphasize to the manager that I sincerely do not care how long something is going to take if they would simply COMMUNICATE with me. All it would have taken was a "Hey, man, this is a last minute appointment and it might take a pretty significant amount of time." and I would have gone home and gotten some sleep as I had been awake since 7 the previous evening and they could have gone another day blind to their own cranial-rectal insertion. Instead, they give me the runaround and I sit in their lobby for several hours missing out not only on much needed rest but the next night's Uber shift. Thanks for screwing me out of a potential $150, y'all. Very good. 5 stars. Love this for me. Next time try actually talking to your customers.

Javier and Tyler were awesome! I hit a pot hole and noticed my tire losing air. I called tire kingdom and Javier was more than helpful and got me in and out with a quickness! Def recommended 10/10

Best experience ever at a car service store. The entire staff was so helpful and experienced. We got a great value for the excellent work done as well. Although not the closest store to us, we will now go out of our way to use this location.

Had a last minute emergency with my tires and the staff at Tire Kingdom were very helpful. They were honest and made sure I would be safe on the road. I highly recommend any locals and out-of-towners to stop by here for service.

They did a wonderful job!! Javier was super nice and helpful. We had a nail in the tire and they were able to replace it and have us back on the road within an hour!

The best service ever! Had a tire blow out in i4. My car was towed in. The service took 30 minutes and I was on my way! The customer service from start to finish was amazing! 5 Star plus!!!!

My experience in this business has been excellent. Every one va ery professional and helpful. I took my Tesla because a tire had a nail in it. They couldn't change the tire immediately because they had to order it, but they suggested the temporary solution of a tire plug (which allowed me to continue using my car until the tire arrived). This is for me to go above and beyond. Extremely grateful.

The personnel is amiable and professional in his work. I had the tire changed and rotated. Explain all the alternatives of tires that are available for my Tesla. Highly recommended!

Honestly, Tire Kingdom/Mavis the father companies would probably be beneficial if consider resigning or separating permanently, and terminating the bladed Caucasian manager with the beard style, he did not introduce himself, if he did introduce himself, I would have called his name out so every customer would how incompetent he was more worry about my freedom of speech relating to a previous review a posted google which decided to take it down because I didn't want to face any sort of retaliation from since they could damage my vehicle more than they already have.Why would he think he has a right to question my opinions? While his focus was on criticizing my judgment and questioning my complaint that he had no clue about the tires they sell, he agreed that the tires they installed on my vehicle were not their tires, and I agreed by saying exactly.After both of our confirmations he later than contradicts himself later. After all, I left the car in their car possession while mentioning that I was reaching out to the company leaders for a better solution. I avoided conflicts because I saw he was trying to create a negative atmosphere and workers and customers were around it was best not to escalate the situation and the company would be better off getting rid of him!!!In contrast, one positive reflection is I could not agree more that if anything one person who deserves distinction and future incentive for a promotion is Tyler because watched for a short time when waiting in the lobby one day, I witnessed him with my own eyes being at the mercy of every customer; whether they enter a building or called that location.Tyler truly goes above and beyond the company's mission if not is a great example of strategic management ability that deserves to be recognized.Sincerely,Deleon A CrawfordPostscript: Resolution ProvidedIf I may sum up, most reviewers probably would not after the fact have the ability to effectuate a solution to the problem, John Amaral reached out to resolve the issue of my situation and told him; “I felt like a kid in a candy store,” it will not be the last time hearing from me and I won't mind doing business with the company again.
