I am so grateful for my experience with Tire Kingdom on Aloma. They were extremely tolerant of my learning curve regarding tires, Both Will and Ryan were kind and helpful as I called multiple times while learning to ask better questions. I wasn’t oversold on tires I didn’t need for the amount of driving I do which was greatly appreciated. In the shop, I was greeted by a very nice man named, Ken, who made my in person experience pleasant as well. From start to finish, the experience has been most agreeable. And I learned they do much more than just tires…I found my new car repair shop! Thank you so much

Came in a rush needing air in my tires, and guy at the front counter was super nice letting me know the air was free. Super quick and appreciate the help! Very recommend!

A very kind man at your store put air in my tires . I have a disability and he kindly put air in my tires ahead of the storm. I tried to give him $5 as a tip but he said air is free and be safe during the hurricane. With the anxiety of preparing for the storm his kindness is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

One of the best places to have your car serviced. From exceptional customer service to making sure my car is worked on in a timely manner and right. I dealt with Ryan and he was very helpful with explaining everything I needed to get done to my car where I can understand it. Highly recommend!!!

I was driving off the lot after getting my tires replaced here and I got a low pressure warning on the back right. I assumed it was due to poorly re-installing the sensors, but apparently it was do to installing the tires incorrectly! I went in to get it fixed again, when it was my turn in line I was greeted with a face of pure disrespect. I was told they couldn’t fix today so I left the store, then returned with my dad on the phone. After the phone call he decides to drop my phone on the counter, repeating “ok I’ll just stay later just for you” After this interaction I was able to immediately get an appointment and get it fixed at Toyota which was FAR more busy with wayyy more customers then Tire Kingdom. At Toyota I was told not to bring my truck back to Tire Kingdom due to a poor installation and not balancing the tires. I didn’t catch this employees name but I’ll figure it out, was incredibly resistant to help, right after helping out the dude in front of me no problem. If you’re vehicle is important to you, bring it somewhere where it is important to them.

Shawn and the crew at Tire Kingdom are the best! I had a tire in dire need of being replaced, but because it was almost the end of the day many stores were not able to assist. I called Tire Kigndom and Shawn said that they could help tomorrow. I completly understood. Like I said it was the end of the day. I was running out of options but Shawn called me back and said that they were actually able to assist me today. Like I said Shawn and the crew saved the day! Thank you Tire Kingdom!
