I first found the Volvo Store in Winter Park after having mechanical problems at the Orlando Airport. The very able and kind assistance I received from Michael Reyes, Asst Service Manager, led me to return to the store when I decided to buy a 2025 plug-in hybrid XC60. There I found Michelle Glater, a very capable salesperson who gave me a through test ride. It was an excellent car for me, and David Bokai-Lukinich, Sales and Finance Manager, provided very clear and careful guidance through the acquisition process. Then Michelle took over again to help me become comfortable with the ins and outs of the car. I definitely recommend The Volvo Store!

Do not buy any additional "insurance/easy care" that Bob Jennings or his team will sell you when signing the lease or purchase documents.
This "insurance"'policy they will try to sell you as a peace of mind will do nothing when you need it. First of all, they are a 3rd party vendor, if you have an issue they will refer you to an 800 # and good luck getting issues resolved with this 3rd party vendor.
I am extremely disappointed with this dealership, specially Bon Jennings. I paid in advance almost 1.9k for this peace of mind insurance and Volvo financial is now charging me for small dents and scratches that total about $900
I returned my vehicle in great condition and 4,000 miles less than agreed on lease.
Bad practices don't go a long way!!

In regards to your response. You continue to lie. You have not explained anything many times. We spoke once today and that is it. The policy that you sold to me was in effect when I turned in the vehicle. Coverage should apply for the dents and scratches that volvo financial is charging me. Have a little more respect to the clients that fell on your nice words at selling point. DO NOT BUY from Bob Jennings a 3rd party easy care or as he calls, peace of mind, policy.
