When I was asked for my email to be part of their loyalty program, I explicitly asked "are you going to send me marketing emails or spam" and I was told no. Just received spam from them. Liars.

So glad I strolled into this shop! I love tea and they offered a wonderful selection of assorted teas. This tea shop was like a Candy land for me. They offer more than tea. You can find wonderful spice mixes. I had to stay focused because you can easily fill the basket up with all types of things. The staff were so helpful with explaining the different teas. The teas that I purchased had a nice aroma while brewing. Everyone I served the teas too, instantly loved it. I’m running low and heading back for more.

They had everything I was looking for to make champagne-poached apricots. Everyone working went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Even though the store was full, I felt comfortable hanging out and exploring their offerings.

Teas were good but pushy front of house staff made it feel awkward and disingenuous I like to browse and we did buy spices but i dont think we will be back.

Cute shop with a tea bar and super friendly staff. The aroma when you walk in is just indescribably pleasant. I bought some spices for adding to oil and dipping bread in. My iced strawberry cloud tea was delicious. I'd definitely stop in for another flavor next time I visit the area.

Went into The Spice & Tea Exchange in Winter Park I’ve been to the one in St. Augustine but the staff in the Winter Park location are friendly knowledgeable and so helpful. Ended up not getting any spices BUT I did get some lavender lemonade and ? I need this lemonade in my life daily. They will even customize a tea or lemonade for you. I’m sad that I don’t live closer to them. I’ll be back for some spices and lemonade.

If i could give this place a 6 star review i would. I love cooking so the name caught my eye and decided to go in. When you walk in you get hit with such a pleasant aroma from the spices and teas. The staff is so friendly, the entire experience felt like you're a VIP. We got to try a few blends with olive oil and bread, their monk fruit sweetener (the salted caramel one is my favorite 10/10) and the tea on tap. The variety of tea and spice blends is extensive, literally for every dish you can imagine.

Amazing selection and friendly staff, however very clear that the associates are under extreme pressure to sell. Would have stayed longer to browse and potentially purchase more, but the constant pressure from staff to sample from the moment we walked in was overwhelming, and ultimately made us want to leave prior to exploring more of what they have to offer.

My cousin and I went The Spice and Tea Exchange to check out their products. I've been to the store in Mount Dora, but never purchased their teas. My cousin and I brought some loose teas and we were so glad we did. I brought the comfort tea, and tried it when I got home. It was delicious. No need to add any sweetners. This tea has a robust of different flavors; cinnamon, orange, clove, and other spices. Aurora Blue, Blood Orange Smoothie, and Mango Tango herbal teas are delicious and relaxing. They were expensive for a one ounce tin container, but worth every cent. I purchased the igenuiTea tea maker for the first time and loved it. I will most definitely purchase more tea in the future.
