Much lack of honesty. I bought a car that supposedly had only one owner, in reality it has had more than three and has been in accidents. They sold me a car at a much higher price than it actually had. Frank told me that the car had belonged to his brother-in-law all his life but he fooled us 100%.

They are irresponsible. I have bought the van for more than a year and I still haven't received the title. The same thing happened with the registration. They charged me for that and one arrived 6 months later. I had to call almost daily for 3 weeks to get the title. They registered but to date the title has not arrived, they are irresponsible

I highly recommend The Minivan Store to anyone looking for reliable and honest mechanics. It is an excellent dealership as well! In fact, we bought my daughter’s first car there. Careful when buying from this person. Just bought a Mercedes Benz vehicle from them. Radio in a theft-protection mode, we were told to take it to the Mercedes dealership they will no charge to fix it. Truth is the radio was replaced by previous owner now the car needs to be reset, and the cost so far for the diagnosis and fixing is near to $450 and the dealership doesn’t want to take responsibility. Highly disappointed.

I walked in there without much to give in regards to credit. I expected a denial… instead, Frank was kind enough to go over EVERYTHING with me; zero surprises. Even though he was insanely busy, he kept me posted on every step. I didn’t work with anyone other than Frank, so I’m not sure how everyone else is- but Frank is astonishingly helpful and I’ll be sure to refer family and friends.
