Excellent assortment of hand crafted items to choose from and the people who work there offer information about what 'fair trade' means. An enjoyable shopping experience with a little education thrown in for good measure! I will be returning!

What a fun and friendly place. I always blow my budget when I visit ANY 10 Thousand Villages store, this one is no exception. Staff is SO helpfull and friendly, you leave there feeling like you have made new friends! Knowing that my purchases help those in less privileged societies is just the icing on the cake. Shop local!!

Great non-profit with a strong mission and passionate staff. The store is filled with items for all tastes made by artisans from around the world and acquired through free trade deals. Love the concept, love the products, love the people. Definitely visit next time you're in Winter Park!

I am so amazed at every level of employee in Winter Park, FL, thanks especially to Pamela - always pleasant, super knowlegeable and goes out of her way to help. Stacey in Winter Park is super helful. In Akron, many thanks to Kyla (sp?) who spoke with the warehouse to get dimensions of boxes. Laurie, also in Akron, has amazing customer service skills and is always online to assist. And, thanks to the warehouse for getting items out so quickly. The quality of items and people that work for this company are top notch!

Staff are wonderful, and helpful. Non profit organization for fair trade artists. Prices are ok they will be higher due to fair trade which is fine because that means its fair wages and people are not taken advantage of.
