Stopped into Tempur-Pedic while mattress shopping and had a great experience with Chris Johns. He gave me a great mattress education which is exactly what you want when comparing your options. It’s refreshing these days to come across sales people that are knowledgeable and professional and not pushy!

Best experience I’ve had at a mattress store. I came in looking for new beds for our new house. Andrew and the team were very friendly and helpful. The mattresses are so comfortable I literally almost fell asleep while testing it. Highly recommend this place.

After four years of full-time RV life and sleeping on a RV mattress, we were ready for an upgrade. We are coming off the road, buying a new home in the Villages and needed a new bed.Lucky for us, we stopped by the Tempur-Pedic store in Winter Park and met Chris Johns.Chris spent at least two hours with us, asking us questions, answering our questions, allowing us to “test” the various types of mattresses/bases and explaining the pros and cons of each.Chris was friendly, informative and professional in his interaction with us. We had a great experience at the Winter Park, FL store. Greg worked with us and we really appreciated his expertise. He knows the products well and did a great job guiding us through the Tempur-pedic process that they use to help educate their customers in order to find the right mattress. He encouraged us to spend as much time as we wanted on each mattress and was available to answer any and all questions. We really appreciated that at no point did he ever go into the “sales mode” that you encounter at so many other stores. It really did feel like Greg was just there to try to help us find the right mattress.We did buy a mattress during our visit to the store and have been pleased so far. Delivery and set-up was excellent and Greg takes the time to follow-up at regular intervals during the first 90 days to make sure things are going well and to answer any questions.I would highly recommend this store if you’re looking for a new mattress.
