Caroline was extremely nice .. especially since I accidentally disconnected our call twice!! She was kind enough to pick up immediately when I called right back each time and was so sweet & helpful. And, she was able to take care of everything for me. Excellent customer service!

I am so glad I was chosen to give a review of the kind and helpful service that Caroline provided meI needed a compounded medicine!I am 85 years old, so not as clever or quick as I used to be, As. Carolyn started talking, however, I could tell it was going to be a good experience. Caroline was so kind. Our poor cat has not eaten in days, so she is going to try to get our order for an appetite stimulant pushed out ASAP. Her kindness was so greatly appreciated. Tigger is my son’s emotional support cat and very special to us. Two days ago we thought he was going to need emergency surgery for a blockage. It was so nice to have someone understanding on the other end of the line. Thank you Caroline.

I have been using this pharmacy for a couple of years for my two dogs. They go above and beyond to contact my vet and I get prescriptions pretty fast after they are approved delivered to my home.

We have been using this pharmacy for a few years and the service seems to have dropped off severely. Currently on hold and never wait less than 15 to 20 minutes when I call even when the prompt states “you are first in line.” Their communication is not great which leaves us having to call multiple times to verify prescriptions are ready leading to anxiety and stress. We have also discovered they state that they “tried to reach out” but in this digital age it’s easy to see when they are lying as we have no missed calls, text, or emails. We now have to try and drive 40 plus minutes to get a partial prescription as they can’t ship partials. A truly disappointing drop off in service. Will be looking for new providers in the future.

Have been using Taylors Pharmacy for several years now. Nothing but positive comments. Their website is easy to use. They use texting and email to notify you for questions, and other communication.
