Xmas 2023. The sign on the entrance clearly says..40% off ENTIRE STORE! Then when you pick your items and go to pay..the clerk says.."Oh.. Sorry those items are not included in the 40% promotion." I point to the signs...allover the store now and say..."But the signs say 40% off THE ENTIRE STORE?" She responds...yeah...they screwed up because many items are not included in the promotion." I put everything back and left.Memo to the moron idiot who put the signs up...next time...the sign should read..."40% OFF THROUGHOUT THE STORE..ON SELECTED ITEMS"!!!

I have shopped at other Talbot locations for years and have always been treated with respect and appreciation, and was made to feel welcome and important as a customer. But my visit to the Winter Park Talbots was a totally opposite experience! The employees were not only unhelpful, but were totally disinterested and extremely rude! I watched as they also ignored other customers, especially other senior citizens. Apparently refolding merchandise was more important than customer service. These employees need retraining or a new job! I will never set foot in this Talbots again.

The staff was wonderful and was very helpful. The selection of clothing was great and the store was easy to shop and very organized. Will stop in again when in the area.

If I could zero stars I would. Came in after I went to the farmers market and not one sales person greeted me or asked if I needed help when there were a good few on the floor. Perhaps I didn't fit the profile of a spender when I've shopped at Talbot's ever since my college days. Your store needs to do better.

They are excellent at finding what you need and stand behind their products ! The quality is amazing in today's marketplace . I highly recommend Talbot's! Plus the location ! Right down the street from Briarpatch- quaint little restaurant !

It might not look like it from the outside, but this is actually a pretty big store. They have Misses, Plus sizes, and Petites. The women who work here are always very friendly and will help you order anything that's online that you can't find in the store. Iris is especially helpful and she's been at the store since I moved here 7 years ago, so she really knows what she's doing. Always ask if there are promotions going on because you can usually get some kind of deal. During your birthday month, you get an extra 15% off whatever promotions are already taking place. That's a deal! And be sure to check the sale rack!
