Worst customer service. 3 employees all on there phones while I was the only customer in store. No one helped me so I left. Someone in charge should work on their customer service.

Asked if they have a phone in stock, girl responded it’s in the safe idk. I asked if she could check the timo. She said no she can’t. I believe the girls name was Ariana. Didn’t seem to wanna help at all. ??

Oliver for the win! I went into the store to transfer a locked ATT phone to our TMobile family plan. I spent days dealing with ATT customer service to no avail. Oliver was able to quickly help me to resolve the issue and I'm a happy TMobile customer because of his care.

I went into this store to complete a transaction to switch from AT&T and unfortunately it was the worst first impression I could have with Tmobile. The staff told me “they couldn’t help me” and were quite frankly rude. It wasn’t that they couldn’t help, they were unwilling to help or attempt to problem solve. I went to the TMobile on Edgewater and they were able to set up my account and get me a new phone right away. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this store, poor representation of the brand and poor customer service.

Got to the store at 6pm just to get a SIM card, they literally looked at me until 6:12 and decided to say oh we are close and we can’t unlock the door because the system won’t allow the doors to open but mind you I watched 3 other ppl walk out. I received a new phone on Thursday & they didn’t think to send a SIM card. Hate the service now

They will LIE to you- ? if they open their mouths , they are giving you incorrect information, they will say anything to make money ?.will not honor any discounts, promotions, or warranties..Stay Away-plus the parking is a nightmare ?These workers have no shame, may god have mercy on their deceitful souls. This location is super clean, has a good vibe and knowledgeable salesmen. I was an easy sale because I knew what I wanted and Omar was very helpful in making sure I was familiar with upgrades, etc

Absolutely no parking. Drove around for ten minutes looking for parking and wasn’t able to get a spot. I left and went to another store for my purchase.

Armando, Eduardo and Keith provided such an amazing customer service. They took the time to answer every question that we had, with patience and always in such a positive attitude. They were very helpful when teaching my dad the features on his new phone, we never felt rushed and we felt that we were part of the T-Mobile family. Thank you guys for going above and beyond for us, much appreciated!!!

We just switched to T-Mobile. I had been with Verizon for YEARS and was tired of the prices and poor service. They also could never get my Apple Watch to connect to cellular service. For two years they couldn’t get the watch to work. Jenn and the manager (I didn’t catch his name) figured it out in one day and got it connected. I cannot tell you what a big deal this was. They were so kind and so helpful. Cassio was so nice and helpful too. All around great team at this location. Highly recommend.

Do not I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE! There’s a short chunky black man w a beard that works there and he had sim swapped my phone!Maybe they’re just money hungry and need to make a couple of sales but I do not recommend going in to this store at least.

Don't go here if you want to upgrade a device. I was in the parking lot and told that they had a device I needed in stock, and when I walked in and they found out I needed to trade in my device to upgrade, all of a sudden they told me it wasn't available anymore. I presume the store wouldn't benefit as much since they weren't "selling" me the device, so they gave me the run around. Will not return here in the future.
