The gentleman that waited on me was rude & wouldn’t listen. Just did something to my phone that took 15 seconds. I had for for days with my phone & passwords after I was there!!

Waited for 20 minutes only to be told after 20 minutes of waiting that you need to sign in on a touchpad. Where was that notice 20 min ago? Seems like they are understaffed and need more agents for the amount of customers they receive.
