A bad experience with this county... bad service with its workers, they are never present with the problems, the buildings, the gym is never open, the pools are always dirty????????

Apartment infested with roaches no matter how clean are. Appliances are old. Walls, floors, and bathroom are made out of cheap materials. This place was so gross I hated it for the 2 years I lived here. Not worth the price at all.

My sister and I have been here for some months now and minor issues aside, we are really enjoying it! I’ve been meaning to do this review for a while because Jordan is excellent and very thorough! She was caring and thoughtful and not dismissive, thank you for everything you do! Karol has also been very helpful and quick to respond to emails.
Overall this has probably been the best experience I have had renting!

My wife and I lived in 3 apartments in 5 years in the state of the Florida, and this was by far the best. Nice, helpful and flexible staff. Nice apartment, and a safe community.

We moved here a year and a half ago. We lived in the first house, and we were suffering from the old building and narrow rooms. We decided to make a change and pay a sum to do so to a larger house. They offered us more than one house, and we chose one and you are not allowed to see it under the pretext of repairs. Then we discovered that they are not allowed to see from the amazing views. The bad thing is that we received the house more than a month after paying, and there were many things that had not been fixed yet. After a while, we began to suffer from cockroaches, which we discovered were spread throughout all the apartments. There was great negligence in resolving this issue to the point that it reached our clothes, bedrooms, and food without a solution being found, and they were a team of... Officials and employees have very poor service. When asked to solve problems, they evade solving them and make excuses. We suffered from the bad smell of the air conditioner, and we take medication for allergies, and their equipment is very old and they do not replace it. We are now washing our clothes outside the apartment because they did not repair the old washing machine and they are not convinced that it is damaged. It is truly the worst place to live and all the good reviews are nothing but. Marketing to them is a place that is not suitable for human living. In the end, you are forced to pay a sum to break the list to get out, and this is something that deserves to be followed by greater action than writing a review.

I’m just moving in today and my apartment is full of roaches. I’m a single mom of 2 kids, Including an infant of 11 weeks old. I told the apartment and they were quick about having maintenance spray but I came back and saw even more roaches. It’s infested. The I’ve killed 4 already just while typing this. They’re just openly crawling on the walls. There’s mold on the vents in the bedrooms. I think that I’m going to have to contact the attorney general if this doesn’t get fixed. I can’t live like this with my babies
Update: they moved me into an apartment that I love and it’s nice but the building is infested with termites. Full blown termites. Everywhere. The guy who came to treat for the termites told me “this is bad. The only way this will be fixed is if this building is tented. It’s just going to get worse.” There’s literally germinate droppings in my children’s bed.. I like this property and the apartment but the pest issue is insane.

Signal Pointe is an affordable and decent apartment complex in a nice location in the Orlando/Winter Park/Casselberry/Maitland area. Me and my partner have majorly enjoyed living here for the last year and are considering transferring to another unit in the complex to upgrade. The rates are affordable for what you get with your apartment.
Apartment living can be really complicated, but I can really appreciate the things that SP provides that not a lot of other complexes would provide its tenants (a squeeky clean unit upon move-in, a decent and understanding customer support team, great response times even when I know they are under-staffed, and a fast and efficient maintenance team).
I recommend this place to anyone I know that needs an apartment in Orlando and isn't set on needing a fully upgraded grey unit downtown. Not many people can afford something like that and Signal Pointe stands strong in it's commitment to affordable rates and decent stress-free quality living.
Hoping our potential next apartment here is as nice and easy as our current one!

I don't even know where to begin with this place besides telling you to RUN! If I was able to put negative stars I would. This place has made my personal life a living hell from a tree that fell onto my car while on the property, racist neighbors, roaches, every appliance breaking on you, and the best of them all MOLD in the bathrooms. So, let me begin with the car situation. There is no parking in this complex & if there is it is under a tree. They have many BIG trees that they do not tend too in the apartment complex. This results in people having to park under dead trees because the complex does not want to pay the money to have them trimmed on THEIR side of the fence. This tree issue caused a very big limb to fall on my car. Not just on one car but on 2 cars and 1 motorcycle. Do you know what they did when we told them what happened? They told us, "There is nothing we can do." Mind you, if a tree limb is on your side of the fence, it is YOUR responsibility to trim it especially if jeopardizes a whole row of cars. Now, I can go onto this complex being racist. They will tell you they are not but don't let them fool you. They put all the black and low-income people in the back of the complex and look at you weirdly when you go into the office. Like, how can I come into an office comfortably with an issue when you are looking at me and my spouse like we have three heads? The racist neighbor below us was in cahoots with the management so we never felt comfortable going and stating our peace because they would always blow us off as if anything we had to say was not important. We addressed the issue one time and never again because they always made it seem like we were bothering them when it was a real racial issue. They even tried to point the finger at us saying we smoke weed because we are black and had a officer come to our door claiming it smells like weed. It was incense. The appliances are a joke. They are old, dirty, and break in the first few months. I saved the best for last! MOLD IN THE BATHROOMS THAT THEY ARE AWARE OF! I saw someone else right about it but I guess they got paid off to take it down. So, I will tell you about my experience. The mold was not there the first few months but overtime it started to show. I cleaned with bleach, vinegar, disinfectant, mold cleaner, anything you could think of. It never came off the last 5 months of me living there. I got so sick from it that I went to the doctors & they told me I had mold poising. The MOLD is in the walls. I made them aware of this and they said, “This is common.” It is common to have your tenants live in mold? Okay, lol. They just paint over it for the next tenant. Lastly, they say this is not nonsmoking property but everyone here smokes. Even the people at the front office. I would keep going on how awful this place is, but it has already taken a year of my life from me. Wayne, Karol, & Jordan, I hope you guys enjoy your miserable lives because you make everyone who lives at your job miserable by living in such shitty housing. Your fakeness never went unnoticed. Karma is real and it knows people’s true intentions. ? To Signal Pointe residents or future residents, good luck!
