If I could offer more than 5 stars for Shoooz on Park , I would. Their customer service and attention to detail is superior. Gorgeous shoes with fast, safe shipping. Jill is available to answer any questions and so very sweet. I will continue to buy my footwear from Shoooz and Jill.

After hearing my friends rave about Shooz and their shoes, I finally ordered my first pair from them last week. I have to say that I have never received such wonderful customer service. I had several questions. Every person that I spoke with was so friendly, helpful, and understanding. Their shipping is exceptionally fast. And the shoes are even cuter and more comfortable than I expected. I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends and family.

Amazing 5 star Customer Service!!! So rare to find that these days. I purchased a pair of dream waves online and discovered I possibly needed a bigger size. I reached out via e-mail to see if I could exchange them and to my pleasant surprise my e-mail was answered that evening and a new size was on its way to me the very next day! I was told to keep the first size before I returned to make sure I was happy with my new size. Wow!!! Thank you!! Really really appreciate it! Will certainly be a return customer in the future ?

I have purchased shoes at this lovely shop in the past, always being happy with my purchase. Saturday I returned again, extremely happy with my purchase.I must compliment the staff they went above and beyond what they had to do to make sure I was happy with my fit. I came here on a whim to look for some shoes to wear to work on my birthday! I have HUGE size 12 feet so finding shoes is always a difficult task but NOT TODAY! The woman working here was so delightful, helpful and caring! Even though I couldn’t find any shoe that fit I definitely walked out feeling positive! Thank you so much for making me feel like Cinderella instead of an ogre with BIG FEET.
