A few weeks ago, we came into the store, since we are coming from Europe , we do like Rieker shoes and love the fact, there is a Rieker Store in Winter Park. But we had an bad experience...when we walked in the store, we didn't get greeted by the Lady sitting behind the counter.When we greeted, she greeted and so we walked around the little store and you would think, she would get up and try to see, what we are interested in, but no, no help! She only moved, when we ask her for help in getting my daughter some shoes from the back.Really...this is awful customer service! I have no idea, if she is just a sales person or if she is the owner, which would make it even worse.We did end up buying a pair of shoes, but only due to the fact we love Rieker shoes.

In two years I have accumulated six pairs from this location...good value and pricing...I’m am a teacher that’s on my feet all day...Shoes are stylish and comfortable. No problems ever! I’ll be getting another pair this week...closed today on the 4th...and that’s okay! Happy 4th of July***

I recently went to this store and bought 4 pairs for me and one pair for my husband. He’s a a Rieker fan now. Definitely these are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I bought my first pair online but now I am glad there’s a store in USA.

I have a difficult time finding comfortable shoes which is why I was so pleased to discover Rieker Shoes in Winter Park. I have purchased three pairs in the last month and could not be happier with my purchases. The young girl that waited on me on a Sunday was a fabulous sales associate. I owned the Infinite Mushroom in Orlando and she is the kind of sales clerk I liked to hire.

Bought a lovely pair of dark brown leather,Rieker women's calf high boots, 5 years ago. I live in St Louis. I only wear the boots a few times per year. I also take really good care of all my footwear. These boots are stamped inside, as being leather. When a back portion of each boot began peeling off, I contacted Rieker. They admitted parts of the boot were in fact, imitation leather, I expressed disappointment at their deceptive labeling. They are now giving me the run around, expecting me to find receipt and return to local store. Really? They should stand behind their product. I will definitely be leery of their so called leather shoes in the future. Deceptive and Defective shoes!!! Too bad, as they were quite comfortable, but how embarrassing to find them cracking and peeling off in pieces as I wore them Thanksgiving Day.

I purchased a pair of expensive sandals for Fathers day this year and one of them has already come apart. I called today on November 21 and spoke to a representative named Michelle and she told me there is nothing they can do about it. Buyer beware.

I bought a pair of Rieker boots a month ago. I love the boot but it leaks terribly. I paid $154 for them and have to dry them out after I wear them. I was told they were waterproof!!!!!

What a surprise to find a shop that sells only Rieker shoes! Clerk very helpful. Best selection of Rieker shoes anywhere!
