We installed a new pump etc. in our 9 year old bed and we called Albert at the W.P. Store. He helped us so very very much and was so easy to talk to and to instruct us. It’s like we have anew bed. It works great thx to Albert. There’s a lot of people at work that do not care if you are helped or not but he is certainly not one of them. He was very eager to help my husband and me. Thank you Albert. You’re the best. We will certainly buy from you in the future.

I recently had an experience with Jackie & loved the customer service provided by her & the staff at hand. We bought a message chair (KOYO 303TS) & a bed (R13 Bed System). They were very informative & helpful throughout the process , would recommend them a visit if you have the chance.

Exploring different massage chair options was fun. The service was wonderful and specialized to my needs. Purchase was easy. I'm happy that they offer service plan which is a concern with such a heavy and pricy item. I'm confident I won't regret the purchase.

Jackie was very knowledgeble, helpful and caring. She was patient as we selected a mattress. This is the third time we have come into the store with having bought an extremely comfortable recliner.

I must say, this store and the staff are wonderful!
We visited the Winter Park store to determine whether a massage chair would provide a family member relief due to chronic joint issues caused by a medical condition. Jackie assisted us in trying out several massage chairs with no sales pressure. We are so thankful that we tried the chairs out in the store as the research online had us looking at an Osaki model, and upon using the chairs we settled on an OHCO. The manufacturers build these chairs differently and the Osaki would work very well for most individuals, however this would not have worked for our family member and would likely rarely if ever get used. In the end we settled on the OHCO M.8 NEO, which we are confident will assist the family member with their needs and will get lots of use. Jackie was wonderful and helped us save on the taxes with Florida waiving portions of the taxes with a qualifying doctor's prescription. We highly recommend this store (and obviously Jackie) for not only the different models available to try out, but for the outstanding customer service (and no sales pressure)!!

Great shopping experience. Came here to try out the massage chair we saw advertised at Tommy Bahama. Jackie was so very kind and sweet to us. After trying out the massage chair for over an hour we tried the adjustable mattress and was instantly sold!

The men who delivered and installed my bed(Chris) did an excellant job. They were courteous, professional and efficient. They were careful to not damage or disrupt and thing. They were also careful to make sure I understood the directions to operate the bed. Top notch installers..!! I definitely recommend them.

We had an incredible experience with Relax in Comfort. We love that it is a family owned business as the employees were super knowledgable, patient, and pleasant to work with. The store itself had a wide range of popular demo modules that allowed us to be confident in our purchase. We recommend these guys to anyone looking to get guidance on a chair purchase and would absolutely tell anyone to buy from them!
